"Order for 2 15" Flat Panel Monitors placed on the 7th (Wed). Received package on 13th (Tue). Box had only 1 monitor in it. Called the next morning to find out where the other monitor was. CSR could not give me a status update, promised to email me with the info when he got it. 4pm I called back, no email was sent. Monitor was shipped today, Wed the 14th. I spoke with a manager about the speed of service. He was extremely rude and when I asked what he could do about this problem his words were "I told you I was sorry" When I complained that they sent out my 2nd package ground and that it would be next week before I would receive it, he claimed I was lying, that it took 2 business days to receive my 1st monitor. They shipped it on the 8th and I received it on the 13th. His exact words were "you can't count the day it shipped or the day you got it." Finally I asked him if there was anything he was going to do to make this right. His answer? "Nope"."

I placed an order for a tape backup drive on Sunday evening that needed to be in my hands no later than Friday of the next week. I purchased 2-day air shipping to ensure my shipment would arrive in time even with a day to process my order.
I checked the order on Tuesday morning to make sure that it had shipped with the one day to process the order. The website's status of my order did not change which prompted me to e-mail customer service early in the am. By 3:00 p.m. that evening I had not received a response and decided to call their number. I was able to get someone the phone immeadiately and was very nice. He actually received my e-mail and was waiting on some information to get back to me. He said he would either e-mail me that day or the next morning with the tracking number.
The next day arrived without any e-mail. I contacted customer service again and was able to get right through to the same person. He told me that he would check into it again because they were having problems with the delivery because they did not have it in stock and had to order it.
I received a call back a couple hours later saying that they would be unable to ship me the item in time. I had to cancel my order and order it from newegg.com.
The customer service was about a 8 out of 10 but I was disastified with them not showing some sort of "out of stock" on the website. If you need the item immeadiately call them first to make sure they have it."

"on 8/24/05 i ordered 3 "USB Virtual 5.1 Channel Sound Adapters". i already owned one and needed 3 more. before i ordered i verified that the picture, name, and feature list on the eagle site matched what i already owned.
when the adapters arrived they were a totally different product. they were not from the same manufactor or had the same product name, and the package and product itself were physically quite different. the product construction itself was inferior, and perhaps most importantly, the product i was sent did not have many of the features which were advertised on eagle's product page and which were present in the one i already owned.
i wrote to eagle inquiring about the mistake and asking if i could swap them for the right product and was told that eagle had the right to substitute "oem versions" of a product. i pointed out that these were not oem versions but different and inferior products and asked for an RMA number return them. i was then sent a mail which explained to me that i needed to ship them back at my expense and that i would be charged a 15% restocking fee because i was returning a product that was not defective.
i find this pretty close to false advertising and unacceptable customer service.
i would recommend you stay away from this vendor, because there is no gaurantee you will get what you order, and you will be charged fees to return inferior/incorrect products if you get them."
