"My order with ECM was basically fulfilled as expected. Per their website they took about a week to process and ship the order which seems like a long time for something identified as being in stock. Once I received it I realized it had simply been drop shipped from the publisher so must have been in stock at Hal Leonard rather than ECM. I'm wondering what "value" was added by ECM other than a few days' delay. Perhaps the publisher cannot sell directly in order to protect other resellers but this seems like an extra distribution step without value. "
