I had never heard of them, but I felt the price was too good to pass up. It turned out I couldn’t have found a better outfit to buy from. The TV arrived (free shipping) a few days later, with no problems. They were easily accessed by phone , and the person I spoke to was courteous and professional when I called with some questions. "We were shopping for a new TV, decided on buying Samsung 60"LED HDTV, after checking out the prices we found the Best Deal at East Coast TV's- the price plus delivery was way better than anywhere else and there was a bonus- free Flat Screen TV Wall Mount. "Pricing is good, however upon telephone confirmation of order be prepared. 1st saying there needs to be "white glove shipping service" for 125$, then once you get thru that and convince them you dont need that, then there is the comment that it is a long way to ship the item and they are hardly making any money so there needs to be an additional 47$ of shipping cost (shipping per site says included). Watch out for the >paycheck< 2% off, this is only good if you DO Not use a CC...not really a true coupon then. Canceled the order even though they later indicated they would not charge the extra shipping.....tired of the games."
