"I ordered Sharp AQUOS 70" 847 Series LED HDTV - LC-70LE847U.
No doubt it was for a very good price. According to the website it should ship in 1-2 business days. But even after 5 business days (1 week) the TV has not been shipped. The sales person (Steve) has said it will be shipped next Monday or Tuesday. I will post updates on how long it takes and overall service received.
Update 2/22/2013: Tony from East Coast TV called. Confirmed that TV has been shipped and I should receive it early next week. I appreciate the fact that customer satisfaction matters to them and he took the time to follow up this review. However this could have been avoided, if the TV was shipped quickly as promised in the first place."

"AWFUL AWFUL TERRIBLE customer service. I waited over 2 weeks to get the camera that I ordered. The delivery tried ONCE at my house and because I wasn't there to sign, it got shipped back to the company. No one notified me what was going on, my credit card was already charged, and no one would respond to my emails. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone by phone after a week of trying and sitting on hold for over half an hour each time - both people that I spoke to were ridiculous and rude for no reason. One of them nonchalantly told me "Oh yeah your order was cancelled". Thanks for nothing. never will buy from them again. The prices are cheap with the obvious trade off for dealing with a crappy company. "

"Put simply, I had a less than positive initial experience with this shop. There were some miscommunications, and ultimately the purchase needed to be canceled after a few weeks spent trying to straighten things out.

"I received the product I ordered (60" Samsung LED TV), and so far it works fine. My only issue is that I paid extra for "white glove" shipping and handling and the box came damaged. Fortunately the contents were apparently okay. The shipping was supposed to be 3-7 days, but took 16 days. The long delivery doesn't bother me as much as the damaged box - some rough handling occurred by the delivery company somewhere along the line. I pray nothing was jarred loose on the TV that will fail prematurely."
