"Product delivered as advertised. I chose the white glove service so I didn't have to deal with the shipping hassle of a freight carrier - worth it for me when spending $2000 for a tv. Took about two weeks to arrive but that's was the expected window. I didnt notice the insurance charge on the website and wasnt too happy about that one after the fact. The upsell definitely can be a bit pushy (at least for non native New Jersians), but at the end of the day I got a great deal and that's what it's all about. They followed up and followed through and I would order from them again without hesitation."

"Here is what I can say about East Coast TV's. I ordered from them... and there were a couple of hiccups. The amazing thing is that I got the television from them on time in spite of these hiccups and thier customer service really went above and beyond to make certain I was satisfied with everything. So I not only got the lowest cost on the internet, I got the confidence to purchase from them again. Hiccups will happen with any online purchasing... what seperates the pro's from the stores you should not purchase from is the customer service and the support which gets the job done. "Best price at the time for the LG 55LM7600. David from sales called promptly to verify order and payment information. He offered options (warranty, delivery, accessories, etc) but did not pressure me. He was very courteous and friendly. I ended up taking white-glove delivery since I won't be home when shipment arrived and I wanted to be sure it did not get damaged in transit. There is a required 1% insurance charge which I think is very reasonable.
The carrier was AM trucking. The TV arrived quickly - 4 days from New Jersey to Northern California. It also came in excellent condition. They brought it in, unpacked the TV, did a physical inspection and turned it on so my mother could verify that it was not damaged. She said they were courteous and friendly as well.
The TV is awesome! My wife was skeptical about me buying a new TV since we still had a working 7.5 year old EDTV. Now, she appreciates the improvement. We've also watched 3D shows and movies with no problems. Plus, it looks great mounted on the wall.
I would not hesitate to buy from East Coast TV again. They are honest, pleasant to deal with and delivered as promised."
"BEWARE. If you are directed into the site by searching for a specific item, you will miss the fact that they have a limited shipping area and will not ship outside of that area. Check out the 'shipping' link at the bottom of the home page. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed (like me) when you get an email instead of your item.
-UPDATE-FYI: I have received no less than 20 phone calls from East Coast TVs' customer service manager, "Tony." After reading all of the reviews listed (misleading discounts, extra shipping charges, poor customer service, etc) I have decided that I would no longer like to do business with East Cost TVs and have informed "Henry/Tony" of that by email. This has not stopped the phone calls (which I'm sure are due to my critique). Aside from not being a viable site for this TV, East Coast TVs has now become a source of harassment. The above critique is of their misleading website and no amount of coercion from "Tony" will change anything about that or allow me to purchase the TV.

"Like most i was skecptical about buying a tv from here but i just received it today and it is in perfect condition. I opted for the white glove delivery and they called me yesterday giving me a timeframe of when they would arrive and then sure enough today during the time frame they came. they carried it down to my basement opened it up and turned it on for me to inspect, after my thorough inspection i gave them the ok and the left, leaving me a happy customer"
