"I ordered a Samsung 55ES7500 on 8/14 and I got a good deal on the TV compared to other retailers. Tony also gave me a great deal on the in-home extended warranty for $299, a free HDMI cable, and white glove shipping for under $50. There is a 4% insurance charge but no taxes. The TV came a week later and it is a great addition to the family room.
Just a tip: If you have stairs and no elevator in your building, there will be an additional charge for delivering the TV even if you get white-glove shipping."

"Ordered Weber Summit grill from East Coast TVs on August 3, 2012. I called to revise address...we just moved and address was auto-popluated. Customer Service reminded me to include grill cover. Expedited delivery (5-7 days vs 3 weeks) was offered at an additional charge. I agreed, party coming up soon. I was surprised by 1.5% "warehouse" charge on "all order." This was not disclosed on web search or closing order.
The grill and cover arrived when promised and in good shape. The carrier took away the existing grill for $30 fee. Easy assembly and was able to get to cooking in no time. Product works great."
"On June 23, 2012 I ordered a Sharp ELITE 60" LED HDTV 60X5FD from East Coast TV's. The day after my order was placed I was contacted by David Gilmore to confirm the order. David informed me that the order would be delivered within six (6) weeks. Shortly after the six (6) weeks had come and gone, I contacted David and inquired about my order. He stated that the television was in high demand and that if I would be patient for another two (2) weeks that my order would be filled. Well, here I am three (3) weeks later and still not television or contact from East Coast TV's. Now I understand that they have not hit my credit card for the purchase, however, I am extremely concerned as to whether my order will ever be filled.

He apologized for my inconvenience and assured me that he would have my order to me by September 10 along with free Express Shipping and $100 off the price. I am extremely encouraged and greatly appreciate his efforts to remedy the problem.

"I purchased a new LED 3D 55inch TV from East Coast TVs based on their pricing being consistently competitive with the box stores. I did receive a post order call, which is not typical of electronic transactions, trying to upgrade me on pricey HDMI cables (which you can get at 1/10th the cost at Amazon by the way)and white glove delivery. I chose not to upgrade to white glove and may be paying the price now by having to wait for my TV.
I have not received the TV yet and there was already a delivery delay from a third party delivery company and now I have to wait an extra week because the 3rd party only delivers to Northern California (Sacramento) once a week and my TV somehow was overlooked and didn't get on the truck. On top of it, they sent me a delivery email for me to be home between 7-11am to receive the delivery and they never showed. When I called the delivery service, they said sorry, system error. I will get TV in 9 days. I would think that spending nearly $2,000 dollars and purchasing an extended warranty would lead to getting the shipment worked out correctly and timely. Again, the big difference was price, but now I am learning the second one is "waiting" for your new TV. Yes I would have spent $100 more by going to a box store, but I would have my TV the same day. Two weeks without a TV during football and baseball season is not worth $100 for me.
I recommend if you buy from East Coast, you include the cost of white glove delivery into the equation to determine whether it is worth it for you. Hopefully the TV is delivered free of defect or damage and I am watching sports on my new TV in a week. If I have issues post delivery I will update my post.
I understand the delivery is done by a 3rd party, but ultimately East Coast TVs is responsible for choosing vendors who can effectively get your product to you in a timely and cost effective manner. Once a week doesn't cut it in my opinion."

Make sure you both agree on the "numbers" for each detail of your order. If it adds-up, make your order. East Coast TV's takes your order, and you get your order in the agreed time frame. Good record with the BBB. Yes I would buy from them again. There prices, and service are hard to beat. Steven was there for me each time I called to check on my order.

"I ordered the TV on Monday it came on Thursday. Delivery guys were great. let me examine the tv and plug it in before signing. Wasnt pleased to have a phone call the day after I ordered it trying to get me to spend more money for delivery, guy told me that my tv was on stock in NJ, but because I chose free shipping it would have to come from the West Coast, I laughed and said no thanks, what really stinks is it is now just one week later and it is almost $200 cheaper on the site, really glad I didnt spend anything on any extras now. All in all it was easy and fast, you have to expect someone asking for more no matter what you buy.
Since Posting talked to Tony, he said he would knock some off of the purchase price. Also he was very concerned about the review, which I posted. I didnt think it to be negative at all really. It is a great TV,it came quickly and undamaged. But the difference in price in a 4 day time span is hard to accept as a customer,remember my upsell call was not even 2 days before the price drop. Im sure anyone would question it. Its how people handle these unforseen occurances that makes a great place to deal with. In no way is my review saying that I was dealt with unfairly. Just a review of my experience thusfar.
I just got my Credit Card bill today and there was no Credit to the accout as promised. Not sure if this was an oversight or not, TV still the same price as it was just after I bought mine. So I paid almost 200 dollars more for it than I would have if I would have bought it 2 days later, although this can happen with any purchase, most retailers will work on the price gap, and Tony said they would knock $50 off, that was on my last update. Also, many retailers offer two free pairs of 3d glasses with their tvs or more at $60 bucks a piece, that should figure into your comparison shopping. HH Gregg had the TV at that time at $1999 with glasses,I paid $1807 so I really didnt save too much other than the tax. TV is awesome though. I have watched all kinds of sporting events, have never experienced blur that some seem to complain about on the 240hz."
