If I could give a negative star rating I would.
We finally received the part today 9/21/2020 that we ordered on 8/4/2020. We ordered what was supposed to be a NEW part. This part is definitely not new.
The part is noticeably used, rusted, and extremely damaged. This part is trash.
The label on the box even says that it was sent from the returns department.
This has been an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable transaction.
We paid over $175+ for this part and I expect a FULL return. If you want this damaged part back, I will not be paying for the shipping of this item.
We will not be ordering from Easy appliance parts ever again.
When trying to call or email the company, they are not taking calls during this time or responding at all.
Action requested & by when: Respond with receipt of a full refund of $175.40 to the card that it was paid with within 7 days or this transaction will be disputed.
