"Clock works good, the verifying is confusing to our students because it doesn't say if your clocking in or out. The clock doesn't always recognize the finger prints, so students are having to continue to try to be verified by the clock several times. This is causing time issues in the clock ins and clock outs.Our technical support was for only 30 days so anytime we have a problem and need to have it corrected it seems we are going to have to pay for 30 additional days of technical support at $59.99. Times seem to be correct when students clock in once to be verified and clocking out to be verified once. We are missing one full day of clock ins and clock outs. It is as if our school was closed that day (we weren't). Overall the clock has helped our school to be more efficient with time."
