"Easy Clocking has been very helpful with my purchase. I have recently gotten rid of our old punch-clock at the warehouse and we're really satisfied with the clocks and tech support. I would and have recommended this company. As for the other customers here, hey none of us can please ALL our customers. "

"Do not buy this Easy Clocking system. The overall system is adequate but the customer service truly, absolutely sucks. No one replies to their emails and when you call, you're lucky if you get a technician. We ordered an upgraded software disk (because the basic software couldn't do everything we needed) and it took 3 weeks to get here. At first, multiple calls and emails to customer service resulted in no replies. Every time we called to check on the status of the software upgrade, the person would tell us ... "uh, we have to check". They already charged our credit card so what is the problem?

In addition to absolutely horrific customer service, the software itself is only adequate. Nothing stellar to say the least. Surely you can find better on the market. If they had a strong customer support system in place, then we would have been happier with the product. Because they don't seem to support their product, we would tell other businesses to stay away from this company.

I have reviewed the notes on your order and see that Mark (Technical Support Manager) was in charge of your order, and was unable to resolve the issue. After reviewing a few of your previous orders, the notes state that it does appear that our software was not capable of completing the tasks that your companies set up required. In this case we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we have taken your review into consideration and brought it to the attention of our office manager. Our Customer Service has since then been restructured and we have incorporated a new system to follow up with our current customers. Once again we sincerely apologize for the lack of service you received and we hope that although you had this experience with our company you can accept a formal apology.

"OMG!!!!! than God for the EC500 It is the BEST employee time clock on the market I cannot even begin to tell how much money I am saving and it really does what it shows on the video.
Very, very reliable product and the staff was super nice and always there to answer questions.
I woud recommend this product to every person looking to buy an employee time clock that really works with a sensor that will not raise frustration in the work place. Thumbs UP for EASYCLOCKING

"Do not purchase a Payroll Export Key from Easy Clocking. All it does is give you a csv file, which is a type of Excel spreadsheet, which the timeclock software already does anyway. Their advertising for this product is very misleading; furthermore, the key I purchased was never emailed to me, I had to call and request my key a week after the purchase. Don't waste your money like I did, there are no refunds and the sales staff is unresponsive."

We strive to do our best to meet our customer's needs and understand your frustration but this key you purchased does work as advertised. In regards to your order and you purchasing the payroll export key, please understand that this is a software that allows you to export directly from our software to ADP, Quickbooks or Paychex payroll systems and we do not provide a refund for software or services that we offer, as stated clearly in our Terms and Conditions.

"6. Return Policies; Exchanges. Easy Clocking’s return policy can be found at http://www.easyclocking.com/returnpolicy.html and you agree to those terms. You must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in their original packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Easy Clocking, Easy Clocking is not responsible for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At Easy Clocking's discretion, credit for partial or damaged returns may be less than invoice. Any services or software purchased directly from Easy Clocking, such as technical support, trainings, installations, and license keys are non refundable."
