"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."

"I ordered an item and I wasn’t completely satisfied with it. I contacted the company and they gave me some hints how to make it work as it was supposed to and that didn’t help so they offered me to replace it with any item that I wanted up until that price range Super fast response. I will definitely be dealing with them in the future. "
