"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."

"0 for 2 on the toys. Bought one and it failed in a few weeks. Eden Fantasys replaced it quickly and were very pleasant about it. The second one (same product) failed in a few weeks also. Well, I figured out that the device was not "water proof" as advertised. They gave me a full credit without trying to blame me for the failures of 2 products. Very pleasant people to deal with. And they obviously back up their products. So, now that the issue is mostly likely resolved I will try again. If this 3rd time fails, and I will be very careful about washing it, then it must be a bad product/manufacturer. I would say their customer service is 5 stars."
