Waited for no delivery

"My husband called to place an order two weeks ago to be delivered today for my upcoming birthday. He made up plan to tell me I had stay home today because he was expecting a package that I would be required sign for or they wouldn’t leave it and it was an important car part needed for him fix his car. So I remained home all day planning to do errands after it came or tomorrow if it became to late. Nothing had come and it was 5pm so I knew he would be home from work soon. He asked me if I got the delivery and was beyond mad when I told him no so he called the store that closed and plans call tomorrow. He’s **** because this would be the second time we’ve ordered and didn’t get delivered on date asked to be delivered and then get fruit that’s almost three to four days old so isn’t very edible and usually we have to throw away more than half the arrangement once we get since they prepare it day before or even two on delivery so this arrangement was made on Thursday or Friday night and then today most likely say on the delivery van all day from 9am until 445pm and sad part we live less than theee miles from this store so I wouldn’t be surprised find out the delivery van wouldn’t have had to go to much out their way on the way back. Then after this fruit that’s two days old and sat in back van all day is brought back inside to the stores fridge that will sit in there again until tomorrow morning and placed back on van to be delivered or even sit in fridge till Monday if can’t be delivered tomorrow. I’m beyond **** he spent this time almost $250 since last time the $150 spent was a huge waste! They debited his account moments after he gave order and was still on the phone so they was quick get money for it but don’t put any of that effort into the arrangements and being delivered on time. Not like he ordered it today or even night before. He ordered this a week in advance. "

WILL NOT USE AGAIN

"Ordered arraignment for my moms first valentines alone after 62 years of marriage . My dad passed in Jan this year and wanted to shower mom with tons of love. Order didn’t show up, no notifications, no giving me time to figure another gift... nothing!
Tried talking to corporate and took them a month to finally respond... with a big “There is nothing we can do “.
I’ve ordered a handful of times through this company but because of their lack of customer service I will use another company.
I’m so disappointed in the lack of care at corporate level.

"It was terrible. They should come up with a limit and when reached let the others know so they can do something else! I’ll never use them again. So irresponsible and inconsiderate to the costumers. "

can't deliver on orders

"I ordered on Valentines day and prices higher than normal delivery $20 extra and did not show up used on another occasion for business and no delivery again. I will NEVER recommend nor use again. TERRIBLE customer service. their whole business is pretty much based on delivery and they can't do that right . save yourself lots of money, time and frustration and go to grocery stores."

Never order from this company!

"I am absolutely livid with the lack of customer service your location in Decatur store 173 has provided. I had ordered an arrangement to delivered on 2/2 for my grandmothers 90th birthday. I called back on Sunday 2/3 to advise it was never delivered and the rep that answered the phone profusely apologized and promised confirmed delivery for Monday. Although the arrangement was already late I agreed because I understand that sometimes things just go wrong. Then on 2/5 I called again to say nothing was delivered and they apologized and said they are having trouble with their drivers and they will issue a full refund. It is now 2/14 and I have yet to receive a refund. So I once again called to which I was told that I am being a **** and I better talk nicely I want to be helped and then hung up on stating that I won't be getting any refund! This was the manager by the way and her name is Shanise. I can't even believe this I want a refund NOW! "

"Love this place i did online order today for same day delivery and it got there on time my husband love his stuff so much there fast fresh an everything is great from taste to presenting to delivery everything went smooth and perfect today I am re ordering more stuff to my husband to receive for Valentine's Day my gift was just because I love you just to try it out and I love it ty staff "

Took my money and never delivered

"I paid $$$ for a birthday delivery from store #225 to be made YESTERDAY. Lo and behold, nothing arrived to the recipient. And of course, today all I get when I call is a STUPID RECORDING trying to sell me something. All the tracking email shows is "order confirmed." Then...nothing. I got no email saying there was a problem nor did I receive a phone call. And I provided an email and my cell phone number. The recipient never got a call or message either...and I provided her number too. They just took my money. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER.

Edible Arrangements do NOT STAND by their promotions...BE AWARE...!!!!

"Long story short, the company do NOT stand by their promotions. They ask you to buy certain merchandise which will "qualify" you for additional rewards but then, they do not deliver.

To bad. I rather take my business elsewhere but will definitely not buy anything again from this company. They lie to consumers.

I suggest if you still want to "buy" from them, make sure you print the promotion before submitting anything.

Customer service simply lacks a desire to resolve the issue. Simply not worth it.

Driver claimed they went but never informed me , nor did they update their site to track the arrangements

"I placed my order around 5 am and when the delivery guy arrived he claimed that they couldn’t not deliver it so they brought it back to the store. I called to see if it made it and I got a story about the person could not be reached nor was I notified. I was if I could cancel and they told me no so I agreed to pick it up and deliver it myself which I was pushed for time and NOT 1 employee agreed to wait till I arrive which would have been about 5-10 minutes after closing. So after arriving the ORDER WAS HALF CORRECT! The arrangement was but the Ballons were not. I asked for the 14.95 credit back which the cashier refused and I got the wrong Ballons. I ALWAYS order from the Baton Rouge /Corporate location but this is my last time dealing with this store"

Disappointed!

"My first time ordering and was so disappointed. Made an online order to found out the store was close that day (Sunday) I was told it could be delivered but none of the adresses I gave was a valid delivery addr. Then finally was told my order can be transferred to a different location and so I accepted. Got to the location (Miami Gardens) wasted a whole lot of time and to hear "We HAVE NO ORDER FOR YOU"... really! The girl couldn't help me with nothing, mind you this was a birthday gift! My day wasnt the same"

Voided order

"I called from another state to order my daughters birthday present. The order was confirmed and it showed up as pending charge on my bank acct. the store I ordered from called to say they voided the order because there was a problem with my zip code. My only option was to reorder which would mean a second charge to my acct.The Manager stated it could take 72 hours for the initial charge to be voided from my acct. which would mean a total of $120 out of my acct for 12 strawberries. No thank you. Very disappointed "

"Horrible customer service, called corporate over a free shipping issue and they’d much rather argue about how right they are versus how misleading the website is, won’t order EVER again, lost a customer here but I’m sure that won’t matter until the company is bankrupt. "

Birthday yuck

"They are so expensive, without the delivery. My husband used them for my birthday and I didn't want to tell him, but they are terrible. The fruit was almost rotten. He also ordered these chocolate covered apples with caramel in them, with no instructions so we assume they go in the fridge, which then makes the caramel ROCK hard and inedible. Don't order those!! "

Inedible Arrangements

"I will never tell the dearheart sent me the arrangement how nasty it was because what a wonderful thought. The store that made mine must step up their game. Bananas were rotted. Dipped strawberries not even close to ripe. Cantaloupe & honeydew melons hard as rocks, unsweet ¬ ripe. Undipped strawberries had rotten spots. No air holes in plastic cover so all chocolate waterlogged & spotted. Apples had brown spots all over skins. He spent 80 bucks & for that much money coming outta a working man's pocket there should be better quality. Thanks for screwing up my suprise w this nasty fruit. Oh, the delivery driver was a sweet girl! So there's that. Uhg. "
