"If I could give this Milltown NJ location zero stars I would. Within 24 hours, chocolate covered strawberries that were picked up in store, transported in an air conditioned vehicle, and immediately placed in the fridge were all covered in MOLD. I was blamed for "creating the conditions" that created the mold by an employee of this store and that a refund is NOT an option, and that I could only go out of my way to pick up (what would likely) be a similarly inadequate product. This is atrocious customer service and I now have to reach out to the main Customer Service line to resolve this. I will never purchase from this location ever again, and likely never again from Edible Arrangements. I heard Sherries Berries were never moldy."
"My husband decided to surprise my daughter and I with one box each of Chocolate Dipped Strawberries for Mother's Day. When the delivery was received, it was missing a box of strawberries. The other was a pathetic tousled box of the most unappetizing strawberries I've ever seen. After eating two, it was apparent they were not fresh and had been frozen, I threw the rest in the garbage as they didn't taste good. Though we were reimbursed for the box not received, the other box cost my husband nearly $55 to send. A very expensive lesson not to be repeated!"

"I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered to my wife on the Friday before Mother’s Day. They guaranteed that it would be delivered before 3:00PM, when she leaves. 3:00PM rolls around and it hasn’t been delivered so I call. They said a new driver was delivering it and was having problems and that he shouldn’t have been sent out on his own in the first place and that they would call him and tell him not to deliver it since she wasn’t there anymore and that a fresh one would be made and be delivered first thing the coming Monday. Well it was delivered anyways at 5:10PM. So I called again and again they said that a fresh one would be made and sent out first thing Monday. So here it is Monday at 2:00PM and it still hasn’t been delivered yet. I called and they said it would be on the next truck out, seriously!? I told them that they said on Friday it would be delivered first thing and here it is 2:00PM and it hasn’t even gone out yet?! Then they tell me oh we can’t guarantee when it will be delivered...so why did someone promise me it would be there before 3:00PM on Friday and then tell me it would go out first thing Monday?! This has seriously been a horrible experience and I will never use them again, specifically the Albany, NY store and I do not recommend anyone use that store!"
"This business doesn't meet expectations by any means when it comes to professionalism and quality. I ordered an arrangement for my Mother for Mother's Day and arranged for it to be delivered several days before. The arrangement was delivered in someone's personal vehicle and was poorly put together. I returned it to the store the same day it was delivered and was promised it would be remade and sent out the same day. The arrangement still had not been sent out and I had to call the following evening and still had no answer to why it wasn't. When I asked for a refund as I ridiculously was handled unjustly I was placed on hold and told I'd receive a call back. I waited 2 hours and called again and still the manager was too busy to speak to me. I was told my refund was in process and still I'm waiting to see the refund on my credit card statement."
"Almost ruined my Mother's Day. Store machine said it was "closed", no answer on the day of delivery. Nobody knew what was going on. I called the main 800 number and they lied, every time I called they gave me a different answer. I had to track the delivery for over 4 hours and make 5 phone calls!! They said the owner at the store location would call me back, he never did! The "vice-president" at the 800 number said she would follow up with me, never did! They say things and don't follow-thru, which makes it even worse. They don't care. They just take your money and say "oh well". Horrible business operation and incompetent employees. I have never been this disappointed by a company. They have zero customer service and no human touch. Then every representative tells you something different. Pathetic. Please close this business down. Your company is very frustrating to deal with on such important days for families. The headache I went through is unreal when I'm paying for their service. I will never order through them again. There are plenty of companies out there I can count on with less aggravation, not Edible Arrangements. And I know it's not just me, their review rating I just read is horrible. They deserve it."

I called the store for hours and no one answered... orange blossom trail in Orlando store #358...the mailbox was full and the recording was looping around. candy at the corporate office hung up the phone on my husband after stating that she can't guarantee me a refund even though my mother is not able to receive her gift and then said to me also I can't get ahold of the store what do u want me to do... fu** edible arrangements. they stole money from me for a product that want delivered and they're **** isn't cheap.... edible arrangements.. u owe me $90.! stop stealing from customers! "For Mother's day we went in to pick out an arrangement. We were told we could only pick from the mothers day arrangements because that was all the fruit they had. We looked at the book. And settled on an arrangement that had 2 pictures and 2 prices one arrangement larger than the other one. We pointed to it and said this is the one and we want the larger one. Paid the more expensive price and left. When we picked it up it was not the one we expected it. It was the smaller arrangement in the picture from the previous day. No one could tell us why they had 2 pictures and 2 prices if they were the same thing and size. Very misleading and disappointing. Will never visit there again. "

Store rep ALEX is a LIAR! I spoke with him several days prior to Mother’s Day weekend in hopes of getting a treat for my sister as a gift. He told me to call back and make the order since it was not a Mother’s Day deliverable. My niece had planned on picking it up anyway since I live in another state. When I did call back the next morning as instructed he pretended he had no recollection of our long conversation.
He did exactly what I asked him not to and what he promised he wouldn’t. That a**h*le hung up on me after rudely speaking to me.
That’s alright, I’m leaving a review everywhere and I’ll search for their owners’ contact. Let them know of the savage that they have employed. I had no idea that EA had such poor reviews and terrible customer service. I’ve spoken with several other customers since and my opinion was only confirmed.
That’s disgraceful and a shame."

"This has got to be the worst place of business I have ever seen in my entire life. My daughter ordered chocolate covered strawberries to be sent to my work (next town over from Lansing, IL). Paid in full and for delivery to be made on Wednesday. Nothing was delivered. When she called and talked to someone at the Lansing store she was told that no one answered for the delivery. It was being delivered to a car dealership so there were definitely people here all day. My daughter called corporate and they acted shocked and appalled that this happened and said they would rectify it and get it delivered the next day, Thursday. Well I sat here all day again today and guess what no delivery! Completely unprofessional. I can't even believe that this is an Edible Arrangements location as we've used others in the past and never had an issue. I would not recommend this location to anyone that I know. Really giving Edible Arrangements a BAD NAME"
"Ordered a basket to be delivered and was notified (via e-mail) that it was attempted. Apparently Edible tried to call the recipient yet did not leave a message. After 4 days and no deliver, I contacted the Minneapolis location and got some attitude because I was questioning the process. With my phone # on file why would they not contact me to help facilitate the delivery? Now I'm being told that the recipient has to come to their location to pick up the basket.
