Second when I went to close my account, I followed the instructions but there was no Close Account button on the Billing tile. "Tried the cite for about two months. Went too cancel. Much to my anger two months after I cancelled it, they started charging me again. So I called customer service again and she told me she saw notes on my account the call was dropped on my cancellation call, who knows where they got that from.

The supposed customer service person told me she was unable to refund my money for the last two months they charged me, refusing to do it. I asked to speak to her supervisor. I was on hold for almost 5 minutes when she came back online and said her supervisor told her to tell me he was unable to refund my money for an account I closed five months earlier.
