I called several times to inquire if maybe there was a switch turned off. Each time I was told to be patient. After my 3 or 4th call, which was 8 months into my membership at this point, I was told that I would need to re-send my questionnaire because there was an update. If I did not update, I would not be in the same pool as everyone else. It would have been nice to have been told this by email when it happened, then I would not have gone 8 months without a match. "

"While I still hold out hope for finding the love of my life, my 3 year journey with eH has been disappointing. In that time customer service has declined to such an extent that it is impossible to find a contact phone number or email address to contact the customer service or tech departments. Over half of my matches come without pictures. (It should be required.) For some reason I tend to get matches based on regions. Since when does 100 miles from Orange County CA include Colorado? I get tons from there, but very few within the LA and OC areas? Are there no matches within these dense metropolitan areas? The profiles no longer show how many days it has been since the match has logged on so I may easily be writing to a phantom match. Please go back to your roots which I know Neil Warren believed in - changing the course of successful marriages, thereby changing the course of American families in a positive way. Right now it just feels like you are trying to cut corporate costs and eH should be better than that. Thank you - Joni"
