"Knowing if Richard is the right person for me, did not happen instantly. It took several conversations, sharing common interests, beliefs and family values tell us about a person. And once we met that is when I knew, for him as well.
I know this doesn't happen to everyone, but when you know you know. Don't dismiss your feelings grab hold of your man and never let him go. "The first phone call I made this day was not very good/ One of my matches was deleted while I was on the phone w/your CS person and I asked her why she deleted them. I was very unhappy with you by the time I got off of the phone.
Oh, and it appears you took off height as a matching criteria. Not happy about that as most women DO NOT want to date shorter men. And about half of the matches I had recently were my height - how do I wear heels?
Please bring back the feature that shows when someone was last active. I don't want to waste my time or feelings of rejection on someone who isn't even looking at their account any more. "
"They will happily continue to charge your CC after your membership expires, simply through their annoying auto-renew process. It's not easy to find, but you can turn auto-renew off. But once you do this annoying orange box will continue to appear at the top of every page, for every time you visit the site, that says "please continue your membership" or whatever. Then when your membership expires they charge your CC anyway. Then customer service kindly tells you that you should have turned auto-renew off, and they won't give you your money back. It's worse than talking to the wall. I want to punch them through the phone.

I would make sure you actually delete your account when you finish, so that at least they can't still use your expired profile."
