"Representatives were hard to get hold of; not answering calls, not returning calls, not replying emails, or basically don't know who to call. Every time, annual renewal process starts with finding out whom to contact that year as the representatives changed. That means also I have to find out the renewal rate myself or asked someone to look for the renewal document. At least right now I can add/remove employee coverage myself on the health carrier website. I had a terrible experience that the "representative" not turning in my policy cancellation and we ended up paying for extra months of premium.

"Before we signed up with this insurance, myself (Human Resources) and the owner of the company spoke intensively with the customer rep asking questions about coverage. We were told one thing but once the coverage started, prescription coverage was not what was promised or stated. Employees ended up having to pay hundreds more for prescriptions than what was stated when we signed up. Won't be resigning up this year."

"The insurance Broker at eHealth guided my selection for early retiree pre-Medicare Health coverage with a Platinum Plan through MVP Syracuse for the best coverage available for my situation which included Rx coverage and Dental coverage
(I discovered & understand the Insurance Industry will not make available plans to provide Out-of-Network coverage to pre-Medicare retirees, who may travel, because the cost would be too high - that presents high risk while away from home visiting relatives, which is a nice thing to do with extra time in retirement. I hope this could be remedied. A simple solution would be to extend Medicare to all retirees.)"
