"In general wait times were exceedingly long. The on-line physician data base was not up to date. This caused significant problems in choosing a plan. The fact that there were 23 plans to choose from for medical care was great, however the use of only two parent companies for these plans was less than satisfying. The fact that I could only find one hospital listed in the Greater Cincinnati Area was extremely disappointing. The other plans only provided access into the Mercy Healthcare System. I spent multiple days and multiple hours researching our family health care options. The lack of updated on-line physician listing was by far the most disappointing. This caused us to physically go to MD offices to confirm potential availability.
During the actual application process, I again was unable to confirm our physicians were in network physicians. It was only through the help of one of your licensed agents - Jackson, that we got the confirmation that our chosen physicians were truly in network. This young man was great and I would say offered excellent customer care. Additionally, Sandy, the initial call taker stayed on the line until she could connect me to the licensed agent, Jackson. This experience, I would rate as excellent.
The only line portion of this insurance provider left a lot to be desired. I found it to be difficult and hard to navigate. If I were an older and less computer literate user, I would have found this whole process to be unacceptable."
