"My assigned representative is never in the office and her supervisor is just as bad, rude and uncaring. I left a message for my assigned representative that the enrolled people was incorrect and she phoned and left a message that she would correct it, then I never heard from her again. I called back and of course she was out of the office again for a number of days. I spoke to her supervisor who said very RUDLY we don't make corrections the information was given to us by Anthem Blue Cross and this is what the quote is based off of.
Fortunately I called back and a representative answered that had nothing to do with my assigned representative or her supervisor. She was able to answer all of my questions very professionally and politely. She assured me that the enrolled employees has been corrected and the quote had also been corrected. My assigned representative and her supervisor should both be FIRED and this independent representative should be promoted to supervisor she would be great in training other representatives and supervisors on how to listen and talk to clients. Clients wouldn't call in with questions if there wasn't a problem.
