"I just enrolled on line. It took about 4 hours of time reviewing the policies, two phone calls to customer support (they were able to answer my questions). I am a financial services professional. I found your web site difficult to use, continually bouncing me from one spot to another, requiring me to return and start over several times. The explanation of products are unclear and confusing. For anyone unfamiliar with health insurance coverage I would suspect they would find the explanations overwhelming.
I do understand that the product offered are in compliance with the ACA. What I discovered was that the plans that are offered in the same price range of what I was paying in 2013 are significantly inferior in benefits offered and that my deductibles and out of pocket expenses will significantly increase my cost for 2014 by about 50%. For policies that are similar in benefits as my 2013 health insurance policy, the premiums are 40% to 60% higher.
I would like to thank our Congress and President for this additional hidden tax in the form of higher medical cost for me and my family.

"I have zero income. I do not qualify for State of NH Medicaid (although I was previously covered by State of CT Medicaid). I am applying for low cost medical care privately, through my local hospital. I simply need proof that I have applied and have been declined. No where in your application do you ask if I have any income. The closest you come in the initial check box "0-$22,800. You are creating a waste of both your time and mine."
