I believe i may have purchased no actual coverage especially since it was RECOMMENDED for double the premium I could get coverage for 'critical care' to forestall economic ruin which is why I thought I was being compelled to get insurance in the first place. The site used completely unintelligible terms defined only by a video which would not play on my device and phone support will not be available for another 9 hours."
