"I chatted with a guy and he said that office would work on my Mac. I ordered it and in no place does it say what Macs it works with on the download page. As soon as I activated it, it says not compatible. I went to the chat help immediately and asked for a refund. 7 times someone would start the chat then disconnect sending me back to the que. After 2 hours of waiting I went to bed. Then I called the number for customer service and was told I would get an email and I needed to take a picture of it and send it back. When I pressed him why, we would not answer me. So I went back to chat. Waited again, and the guy told me I could not get a refund because I activated it. This is a scam, beware!!!"
