"On 1-20-09 I ordered a Samsung LN52A750 TV. It arrived on 02-02-09. As part of that order I was promised a free HDMI cable. As of 2-7-09 it has not arrived and was told it was shipping separately. I purchased the extended warranty after some minor pressure from the sales person. Normally I never purchase the extended warranty on any products I purchase but bought it after the salesperson drop the price several times. The warranty information did not arrive with the TV and as of 2-7-09 I have not received it. I was told it's been mailed out and I should receive it shortly. The TV arrived in a large brown box with Samsung on the side. The normal contents you typically get, like a manual, consisted of a 8 page photo copy of a quick start manual. There were two CD's included as well but these too were copies with black marker hand written titles on the CD's. The TV looks new and no visible damage or scratches but by the way the contents were shipped and copied and lack of receipt of the other items promised it makes me wonder if i would buy from them again. "

"I was originally going to order a Samsung LN46A850 from Butterfly Photo as their price was the best I could find. However, I decided I wanted the newer 9-Series model and shopped around for the LN46A950.

I found ElectroZone and was impressed with their prices and how similar they were to Butterfly Photo. I placed my order online and was contacted the next day to confirm my internet order. Unlike some other unscrupulous websites where they try to upsell you or else they cancel (happened to me for a Garmin Nuvi 880 at TechonDIGITAL - don't ever deal with them!), these folks were friendly and easy to deal with.

"Here is my experience so far with Electrozone. I ordered a Samsung LN52A850 on 1-13-09 online. The order status on their website changed from “approved” to “ready to ship” on the 15th. It’s the 30th now and the status still says “ready to ship”. I have yet to receive a call from any shipping company about any pending deliveries. Called in to Electrozone on the 28th and Lewis (manager) assured me the order had been shipped and explained to me that there isn't any tracking info if you opt for the free shipping. In addition, that 7-14 days for shipping actually means 7-14 business days. Anyway, I have been assured that the tv will be here on Tuesday the 3rd. So much for having it in time for the super bowl! I'm happy I can call in and get someone on the phone and find out what is going on. They seem eager to make things right so I'd say that is a plus about Electrozone. I'll report back when the set comes in.

Update: Received the tv on Tuesday the 3rd as Lewis promised. According to the shipping receipt it was shipped from Mira Loma, California on the 27th. Helped the truck driver carry it in although I didn't have to. His instructions were to deliver the television and remove the box/packing materials from the premises which he did. The TV is brand new, not refurbished and the picture is stunning. Haven't really had time to tweak the settings in but hardly need to do anything as it is very nice out of the box. So, I’m very happy with the set, only wish it would have arrived a few days sooner.

"After doing a ton of research, I ordered a Samsung LN40A550 (40" LCD television) from ElectroZone late on a Monday night. I received an email stating that I needed to call and confirm my order, which I did on Tuesday morning. The company asked me if I wanted to purchase cables, an extended warranty, and additional shipping insurance, all of which I declined. The rep was very courteous and polite, and he didn't pressure me when I declined. He said the order would ship out soon, and he wasn't lying. The TV was delivered by FedEx that Saturday---four days after I called to confirm my order. It was brand new, and it works great. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience."

"I ordered this the Sony HDRSR11 from Electrozone.com on Jan the 6th and it arived on the 16th. From the time I placed it in my cart and when I actually purchased it the price went up $50.00 from $639. to $689. but the cart price of $639.00 was honored anyway. Amazon will not do that!
I did receive the obligatory call from sales trying to upgrade me to a battery and charger and extended warranty. I turned them down and was not badgered about it. The salesman was very polite and thanked me for the order.
I've been using the camcorder daily and it is great, no problems.

Great prices on limited stock. If they have what you want, it will probably be a very competitive price.

Website info seems accurate, but order status is sometimes overly optimistic. And they do not reply to emails. But phone calls were handled professionally. (I was told not to expect tracking if you pay a low price with free shipping... But they published the tracking info online anyway.)

I bought a 50" Panasonic plasma for a great price that included free ground shipping. Ordered on 1/6, two days of credit card verification and it was shipped on 1/8. Delivered into my home on 1/16. Everything is good now!

Better dealing with them than most NYC-rude vendors. I'll be checking back when I need other things.

I ordered my new Sam. LNA52850 on Monday 1-12-09 and it shipped out Tuesday 1-13-08 and is scheduled for delivery Tueesday 12-20-2009. Lewis (Manager) was super helpful and even upgraded my shipping after a small misunderstanding! This was to my surprise, after he personally called me back and give me the tracking number. The price was great and the customer service was even better! I will post a follow up after I receive everything in the mail.
