"Bought a Samsung LN46A630 TV through this company. I had a couple issues with it that were resolved after talking to Louis, the manager. In the end we worked out all issues with the purchase. Louis will make sure you are satisfied in the end."

"I since have talked with Luis, the manager at ElectroZone and wish to edit my review. Luis has offered to make things right and exchange the Samsung tv that I had problems with after having it a week, to a different Samsung LCD TV. At no extra charge, or shipping fees. I should be receiving this tv in about 7days. I will then report back how it all went down. Thanks Luis for wanting to correct the situation in a speedy fashion. I appreciate that."

"Order process was easy, but after reviewing recent posts here, I am deeply worried about the condition of my tv once it arrives and the help I will receive if there is a problem. I would cancel based on these reviews, plus the "F" rating I just saw on the BBB website, but I'm afraid it is too late. I always research companies I purchase from online, but apparently I didn't dig deep enough. Will keep my fingers crossed, hope for the best and post a review after receipt. "

"Quite frankly I don't understand how this company has received so many high reviews and suspect that the company is padding its own reviews. I was forced to call the company so that they could force me to purchase insurance for shipping the product. That alone would be fine, but the salesman was extremely rude and confrontation when I asked why I wasn't informed of this when I placed the order online.
Later I tried to cancel the order and ended up being received by another extremely rude customer service representative. Sure some of their prices are low, but the prices are almost as low on other sites where you don't have to deal with this crap. It's not worth dealing with these people.

"I bought a 61 inch Samsung DLP TV (HL61A750) from this company and the transaction was extremely satisfying :) I spoke with an agent (John) who helped me order and setup shipping for the product and helped me get a good deal on warranty and other accesories. The item was delivered as promised. They do tell you that the invoice will say "refurbished" but that is because they buy it from other stores who are running out of business and have to then send the product back to Samsung for Factory inspection, to check if anything is wrong with the product. Now technically since the product is opened and re-cheked by Samsung, it is considered "Refurbished", but it is actually a new product with NO work done on it, except inspection!!!! You also get the manufacturer's warranty with the product.
I also wanted to return an accessory (a cable), which I did not need, and the manager (Luis) helped me setup a product return and FULL refund :) This is what I consider a "HASSLE-FREE" online buying experience. The Right Product at a Great price-->Good Customer Service-->Reliable Shipping...This compnay is doing a good job and I would buy from them again!!! Thank you so much Electrozone (John & Luis in particular).

" This was a hard to find model and Electrozone was one of the only places I could find it and their prices are the best. I got an email immediately asking me to call them and they explained how they ge their products at auctions as when Circuit City goes out of business. I am looking forward to receiving my TV to compliment the Sony 32" I recently bought.

Received my TV and it seemed in pristine shape. I have not yet attatched it to HD box but I am pleased with the quality and price of my purchase.
I had no trouble registering the TV with Samsung for warranty.

"A friend of mine purchased me a Samsung BD-P2550 for helping him out. He purchased as a new unit, but when it arrived it was a refurbished unit and packaged in the wrong size box, so it was damaged as well. I just talked with Louis over at ElectroZone and he offered to make this right. He has upgraded my order to a new BD-P3600, throwing in a new HDMI cable and covering the shipping for returning this damaged unit. Super fast response to my issue, better than expected resolution to this issue. Thanks Louis!"

"I ordered online on April 17 a Samsung HL72A650 Series 6 72 inch 1080p DLP. The price was the best that I had seen advertised. The site indicated that the item normally shipped out in 1-2 business days. I decided to pay an additional $249 for "Freight expedited 5-7 business day shipping (with tracking)."

The online ordering process was easy. The site indicated that the purchase would not be processed until I was contacted by telephone by Electrozone and confirmed the purchase, which gave me additional confidence.

I received a phone message from Electrozone and responded on Sunday, April 19. The Electrozone employee asked whether I was aware that the TV I was purchasing was a "Class A refurbished unit," meaning that Electrozone had purchased the set from another seller, that it had been returned unopened and in its original packaging, and that it was covered fully by the original manufacturer's warranty. He explained that, although the set was new and unopened, legally it must be classified as refurbished because it had been returned and was being resold. I said that I had not been aware, but if it indeed was new and fully covered by the warranty, I was comfortable with the purchase.

I asked about the shipping method, and was told that the freight company would contact me to arrange delivery curbside. I explained that I was paying the $249 because of the tracking feature, because we are doing work in our house and it was important for me to be able to track and plan for delivery.

The Electrozone employee then explained (but did not push hard for) additional warranty service, and I decided to purchase a 3-year in-home warranty for $250 because the TV weighs more than 100 pounds.

I began to check the Electrozone site daily to get the tracking number and track the shipment. The site showed the status as "ReadyToShip." By Tuesday, April 21, I was curious, and called Electrozone to find out when the tracking number might be available. I was told by the Electrozone employee that the item was already in the hands of the freight company and that they should be contacting me soon. I expressed my concern that the tracking number -- for which I had paid $249 -- was not available, and asked for the number. The Electrozone employee explained that it would take a few hours for him to get the number from the freight company, and he promised to send it to me by email.

By Thursday, April 24, the site still indicated that the status was "ReadyToShip" and I had not received an email from Electrozone. So I sent an email to "****@****" asking for the tracking number.

As of Sunday, April 26, the site indicated that the status of the shipment was "ReadyToShip," and I had not received an email with a tracking number, nor had I heard from the freight company. I called Electrozone customer service today, did not get through, but left a message asking them to call me with the tracking number.

UPDATE - I finally spoke to Louis later on April 26. He had seen the rating and was clearly concerned. He explained that the reason that he had been unable to provide a tracking number is that the Class A refurbished unit that he originally wanted to sell me was bought out from under him. To honor his commitment to me, he had to go back out to the market and purchase at full market price (nearly $1000 over what I had paid him) a brand new (i.e. not returned) unit. It had to be drop shipped and so there was a bit of a delay getting it in the hands of the shipper.

The unit finally got in the hands of the shipper on April 29. I called Louis back and he gave me the tracking number and the website of the shipper. With that information, I was able, both on line and by calling the shipper's Los Angeles location, to determine the status of the shipment and to negotiate the delivery date and time.

The unit was delivered today, May 4, in what appears to be mint condition and full working order. I do not believe that many other vendors would have taken the loss as Louis did to complete the sale and make good on his commitment to me. I only wish Louis had been more transparent earlier about the efforts he was making to satisfy us. Suffice it to say that we are very satisfied with the result!

"Final Update::::
Ok, If anyone has read any of my previous posts, they know I have thrown some serious rocks at electrozone. I am now proud to say that they have stood up and did more than what I had expected them to do to resolve my issue(s) (see previous posts) Short story: Orginally purchased LN46A750 $1499. There was some apparent confusion regarding refurb vs. new. The TV that arrived did not work so they sent me 2nd tv. Had similar issues with 2nd tv. 3rd TV arrived (factory sealed) this also had a power problem (no fault of electrozone) At this point I had spoken with Louis several times and he knew I was getting very frustrated. He informed me last week that he was sending me out an upgrade at no additonal money based on what had transpired. I have to say that I was little skeptical at this point so all I could do was wait and see. I was extremely excited when a "brand new" LN46A850 showed up at my door. I had a big family birthday party at my house on Saturday and everyone could not believe the quality of this TV (must get is Planet Earth). I want to tell Louis thanks for standing up and taking care of a frustrating situation. I will say that anyone that is considering purchasing from electrozone should clarify the product status (new vs refurb) but I will say that they have some of the absolute best deals on the web. I can't be more pleased with how my purchase turned out and appreciate how Louis (manager) dealt with my situation and wish them the best of luck.

"I placed my order with ElectroZone April 1, 2009. I got an email asking to call and confirm. I called the next day and everything was as expected. The sales person tried to sell some cables and mount, but did not pressure. He said the item was in stock as did the website and it would arrive in 7-14 days. I have waited now for 14 days with no news and decided to finally check the website and it says "Ready to Ship". To top it off, they are closed for Holiday Hours on April 14th and 15th so I won't get any news for three days. My wife is scheduled for birth next Monday, so this delay could not come at a worse time.

Addtional Information: My TV has arrived. Louis went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of once the problem was brought to his attention. He sent me the newer version of TV at no extra charge, expedited shipping and threw in a cable set. The TV is hanging on the wall and looks great. Thank you Louis.

"I bought the pioneer SC07 A/V receiver and Sony VPLVW60 Bravia HD projector. After ordering the next day I got a call to confirm my order, where I was informed that the receiver will not be under warranty (due to being sold on the internet and priced so low--Pinoneer's policy , not ElectroZone's) and that there is no returns for it either. He then assured me however, that both products will be factory sealed new. Knowing that I was getting such a good price and reading only positive reviews I took the chance and confirmed my order ($4,078 worth!).

I received the order surprisingly quick, but was initially disappointed when all over the Sony projector's box was printed 'REFURBISHED'! I opened the box and found a corresponding sticker on the projector also reading 'REFURBISHED'. I called after hours and left a message about my concerns. The next day 'Lewis' called me from ElectroZone to resolve my concerns. He assured me that the Sony projector was indeed factory new, but had been purchased from another dealer who went out of business, all the inventory went back to Sony to be verified authentic and new, upon verification a 'refurbished' sticker & box were used (Sony's policy), indicating their involvement, albeit not due to product defect. Due to the salesman's failure to explain this at moment of purchase, Lewis then offered me a 3 year warranty on both items as a good faith gesture to do right by me.

I was very pleased in their quick response to my concerns and willingness to do the right thing. I am sure to do business with ElectroZone again. First due to the great prices and second for their integrity--Robert
