"I went to a lot of different brick and mortar as well as online stores to compare TV's and prices. I used that information to determine what type and model of TV I could afford to purchase and which would best suit my needs. I narrowed my search to two different stores (B&H Photo and Electrozone) based on price as well as customer reviews of stores. I have ordered several things online before, but I was still a little skeptical about ordering an expensive big screen TV online. A lot of the Electrozone store reviews I read helped to put my mind at ease. I am so glad I ordered my Samsung LN52A630 LCD TV from their store! I ordered the TV on March 27th, and I received it on April 6th. I was amazed at how quickly I got my TV as I opted for the free shipping.

I also want to describe my entire ordering process as well. I ordered directly through Electrozone's website which was incredibly easy to do. I had no hassles or issues using their site to complete my transaction. I got an email the following day stating that I had to call to verify my order. I was fine with that. I called the store to verify my purchase. The person who I talked to tried to sell cables and an extended warranty. The salesman did not use a lot of pressure. When I told him I had everything I needed, he was fine with my answer which I liked. He went on to tell me my TV would ship out in a couple of days. I received an email a few days later stating that my TV had been shipped out. I did not get any tracking information as a part of the free shipping method I selected, but I knew that was going to happen in advance. Anyway, my TV arrived a few days later in perfect condition. The picture is amazing! On a side note, I am glad that I ordered the model I did as my house has glare issues due to window and light locations. I am very satisfied with the service I got from Electrozone! This was my first order with them, and I would definitely shop with them again! Thanks for everything!

Update!!!!!!

Initially, I was very happy with my big screen TV. Everything got there quickly, in one piece, and worked. I was as happy as could be. My TV turned out to be defective. Electrozone did not want to help me out even though the TV broke within thirty days of me receiving it. Electrozone told me to take up the issue with Samsung. Samsung told me they were not going to help me because Electrozone is not an authorized distributor. Luckily, I purchased the CPS protection plan Electrozone was pushing. My TV had been repaired three times within a year at no cost to me. Would I ever buy from this company again. No way! I could have ended up with an $1800 paper weight and no product support.

"Electrozone worked for me! I bought the Samsung ln52a630 from electrozone.com on March 31. It Arrived yesterday, April 9, and was brand new, in box! When I first ordered the TV from Electrozone, I was worried that the company might try to bait and switch me, so I called them. The person I spoke with was very helpful and not pushy. Electrozone fulfilled the order perfectly! The TV looks AMAZING! I'm very happy with my purchase, and will definitely choose electrozone in the future."

"Cheap electronic/technology stores lure customers to their business with low prices, but later engage in pushy and aggressive cross-selling. Almost all the stores that I have dealt with are exactly like that. However, that's not the case with ElectroZone. They offer great deals (on brand name products) and their customer service people are tremendously (and surprisingly) polite. Dealing with this store is a win-win situation and highly recommend other people who are thinking whether or not to give ElectroZone their business. I am giving this company/store a perfect score."

"At first, I was hesitant to purchase from Electrozone due to the fact that I've never heard of them, but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to buy a Samsung LN52A850 from them. Overall, I have very mixed feeling about this company. Here's a summary of events regarding my purchase:

- Placed the order on 1/29/09 and got a great price...elected the free shipping.

- Order confirmation came right away. I called in to confirm the order with a live person...he was not rude, but not real friendly either. He did not try to bait and switch which was good.

- Shipment arrived on 2/18/09...not super fast, but acceptable.

- After only having the TV for 13 days, the screen blacked out. No picture, not even able to pull up the menu screen.

- Obviously, I was very disappointed, but was happy I kept the box and thought Electrozone would take care of me. I believe I read a review where they send out a replacement right away and arranged for pick up of the old TV.

- Called Electrozone and was transferred to Customer Service. The first guy that picked up did not even let me get my name out before telling me to hold so he could transfer to someone else. The next guy (not Louis) took my name and listened to my issue and replied with "It's past 7 days, so call Samsung"...that's it, no customer service, no explanations, just "call Samsung". I can understand if I've had the TV for several months...but it's only been 13 days since I got it into my house!

- Called Samsung and obtained a service appointment scheduled for this Friday....hoping for the best, but anticipating a long delay before my TV is up and running again.

This was not the experience I was hoping for, especially after sinking more than 2 grand with Electrozone.

Follow Up (3/9/09) - After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to call and speak with Louis. Got Louis right away and explained my situation. He was helpful and explained my options and extended my warranty for an additional 3 years.

Currently, I'm waiting for Samsung to replace my control panel and hopefully resolve all of this. I think Samsung should have authorized a replacement instead of repairs on such a new unit.

"Very satisfied with electrozone. I purchased a 42" sharp aquos lcd tv from them that was backordered and instead of making me wait for them to come in, they just gave me a newer model for free! Saved me hundreds. They also extended my warranty 2 yrs when I called them with doubts about my warranty coverage. I still haven't had any problems with the tv, I have to keep my fingers crossed that everything will go this smoothly if and when I need a repair. "

"I purchase this TV on Thursday 2/26. On 2/27 I noticed the large number of negative reviews about this company on line. I almost paniced and cancelled my order. Instead thinking about all the negative review I have read about other companies on line and knowing most are not true I decided to wait a few days. On the following Monday I received a call that my TV would be delivered on Tuesday. Just five days after I ordered it! It arrive brand new condition and I was watching it 15 mins after it arrived. I saved a boat load of money and have a great 52 TV. Thank You Electrozone for such a great business. I am sure you can improve....but you did a great job for me!"

"I ordered a Denon AVR-2309CI on 2/10/09. The sales rep (I wish I could remember his name) was very courteous and helpful. He gave me a great deal on the receiver and a 3 year warranty. Shipping was free but I paid a little extra so I could receive it on 2/13 because I had a 3-day weekened. The receiver is brand new sounds and looks great. I highly recommend ElectroZone.

"I ordered my Samsung LN52A850 on 02/04, it was shipped on 02/07 and it was sitting in my home on 02/11/09. This was the free shipping service! What great service. It arrived in perfect condition with warranty and owner manual in the package. The delivery service was great, very courteous person. He unpacked the tv and helped us set it up. I admit I was a little hesitant to order from Electrozone just because I didn't know anything about them, but their price was so great ($150 cheaper than any other on the internet). I saved over $700 from the price at Best Buy. I read the reviews here on Reseller Ratings and took the plunge. Their sales staff and particularly Customer Service were very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again."

"I recently purchased the Samsung LN52A850 LCD from ElectroZone and have to say that this is a outstanding merchant. Not only do they have the best prices around (i've searched every possible online and instore venue), but they are courteous and easy to deal with as well.

After calling back to confirm my order, I was even given a free HDMI cable and had my insurance waived. Not many retailers will work to keep the customer happy like this. I would definitely order from them again in the future. I'm still awaiting my shipment to arrive as I have just recently placed the order, but will update with a follow up on my end experiences. I feel comfortable that there shouldn't be any problems at all!
