Not only did he confirm the order was valid; but he even noted the account that should the customer return the item, you will notify me. That's definitely above & beyond what I expected.

"I ordered a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV, which there store said they had, I placed my order, they took my money, and notified me to confirm my order with them. Not until a week and a half later that they notified me, that they didn't have that TV in stock! They offered me a newer 50"model or a 54" model of same type if I would send them $145.00-$155.00 more. I told them no I didn't want either one of them and just refund me my money. They said it would be 24 to 48 hours to receive my money back. We waited 5 to 6 days, and still nothing. I had to finally call them back and spent 30 minutes on hold just to find out where the refund was, come to find out that they hadn't processed the refund. False advertising, they take your money for something they don't have and try to upgrade the sale. I finally got my refund back, but I would really consider not ordering from this company.

"Ordered Samsung 63" HD TV through ElectroZone Mar 1, 2011. They received our payment in full including $150 Shipping insurance not discussed when TV was ordered, on Mar 11. Assured us the TV was shipped & to expect it within 7-14 days. As of today, April 1, 2011, have not received our TV. No email explanation, no tracking information, nothing. Have now called for the 3rd time and finally got information on the trucking company and they say sometime next week expect a phone call as to the delivery day. Not happy with customer service department at this point and warn anyone thinking of ordering anything from this online outfit. Will NEVER order from them again. Beware of ElectroZone out of Las Vegas, NV. "
"Sales manager called me and expressed his concern regarding shipment date promised and stated shipment will be sent out immediately. Arrived today just as promised. These guys really wanted to make me happy. Sales manager called every other day & emailed me to keep me updated as to shipping status, stating "He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied." "Had issues where item was listed as in stock but was not actually in stock. Sales rep called immediately after reseller ratings post attempting to rectify issue. I am satisfied with outcome but probably would not do business again until the "item in stock" issue is resolved.

"Edit 4/5 - Jeff from customer service really went out of his way to make my experience with ElectroZone more positive. He displayed a personal touch that is rarely found today. Not only did he refund my shipping, but he took the time to show that he valued my time and apologized for any inconvenience. They must have called 3 or 4 times after I received my TV to make sure they did everything they could to make things right.
That being said, the REALLY need to find a new shipping company. Simply stated AM trucking sucked, they trounced through my condo with dirty shoes, unpacked the TV and left all the garbage here. Not quite what I would consider "white glove" service. Still Jeff went above and beyond his normal responsibilities to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely consider buying there again (provided they have different shipper).
Edit 3/24 - I finally received my TV and am quite pleased with it. I also got a phone call from the customer service rep. from the electrozone. It was nice to get some personal attention, too bad I had to write a poor review before I got any. Thanks for the effort, I do appreciate it!
I ordered a 50" Panasonic HD on March 9th, and still haven't received it yet. Delivery was promised in 5-7 business days and it is now two weeks later. I was promised by Jeff and Steve that I would be refunded the $200 dollars I spent for expedited delivery refunded, and have yet to receive that! I found the customer service to be extremely below average; with long wait times on hold, promises to call me back without results, and general disinterest. Hopefully the TV is not defective or otherwise. It was a good price, but I'm beginning to wonder if it was worth it."

3/19/11 checked the order status for shipping, web site says TV is back ordered. Checked their website right away and it lists the tv "in stock"!!

3/23-Checked my account-money refunded. Got phone calls from "Aron"-he tried to explain the "problem" and promised "rebate/discount" on the next purchase.

Was contacted by Jeff he is working with me to get my problem resolved. Very quick response after I posted my review this morning.
Bought a Panasonic 42 inch tv took almost two weeks for it to get here and then I had it hooked up for 4 days before it went bad and was told I could not return it that it would have to be fixed through Panasonic warranty service. I contacted Panasonic they told me to contact local tv repair and local tv repair told me it would be almost 2 months before he could even look at my tv. Overall stay away from this company I should have paid the extra $100 and got the tv from amazon and have been done with it!!!"
