"I placed an order and they required that I call in.
They proceeded to try to sell me accessories I didn't want, lied about battery life in an attempt to get me to buy overpriced aftermarket batteries that would void the manufacturer's warranty, and then changed the price after I've paid and added "insurance" to my order despite me saying, ver batim, "I do not want any extended warranties."

Terrible, terrible customer service. Do not use this company. After they tack on their mandatory insurance without any warning, they're more expensive than other internet retailers. It's almost as if they don't even want customers."

"I ordered the Samsung series 7000 55" LED 3d tv, Samsung 7.1 surround sound/bluray player, and the Samsung 3d starter kit, on 01/12/11, over the phone, as Jeff had called me to follow up on an email of concerns I had with purchasing from them. During the conversation I was politely addressed about each of my concerns and had decided to place the aforementioned order, after placing the order they did offer HDMI cables, which I purchased as well because like everything else they were offered at an amazing price, they also offered the extended warranty, which at first I was hesitant about because I would usually upgrade tvs before needing service, but once again the price it was offered at was amazing so I decided to purchase this as well, and then Jeff offered to include upgraded shipping with tracking for purchasing the warranty and cables. This I was more than happy with because instead of the 7-14 days without tracking on such an expensive item, I now can expect it in 5-7 days with tracking. I'm also told the surround sound, 3d package, and cables would ship separately via FedEx with tracking available. By the end of the phone call I was very pleased with my decision and more than happy I was offered to purchase addition items, as he politely waited as I discussed with my girlfriend if we should spend the extra money. After all I was only spending approximately $250 more than the price I had on the web page for the three original items, when the add on items were valued at nearly $700. About 20 mins after the phone call I received an email confirming my order, the only thing I noted was it said standard freight shipping 7-14 days when i contacted electrozone about this Jeff told me it was updated on their end just not on my end, he then went through and provided me with tracking info for both the tv shipping via ICat Logistics, and the surround via FedEx. After checking all tracking info both my items should be arriving tomorrow, 01/18/11, which is only 6 days from placing the order, that includes a weekend, so that's only 4 business days from placing the order AMAZING!! As nobody wants to wait for a big ticket purchase as such. Although today is 01/17/11 only 5 days after placing my order and I have yet to receive my goods I am writing this review in an attempt to put any skepticism about purchasing with them at bay, I would recommend calling them as it sounds like they place a follow up call for all internet orders anyways. I will update this post tomorrow when I have successfuly received my items. I only could hope you will purchase with ElecroZone as I will never purchase another electronic item from anywhere if it is listed on the ElectroZone website. I plan to purchase again very soon. Thank you ElectroZone you've made a customer for life.

It is now 01/25/11, I received all items as described last week on 01/19/11, I had a few concerns about the extended warranty for the tv after receiving my items, but I was promptly contacted by Jeff and resolved my concerns, and after hanging up the phone the warranty company contacted me and immediately activated my account. Thanks ElecroZone, we will be doing business again very soon, after I refer all my friends."

"These guys have among the best prices but a few comments to others. If you are ordering a larger TV, make sure to ask about the $200 shipping insurance, double check your order receipt at their website and ignore the up-selling attempts when they call to confirm the order. I ran into these which effected my trust and the $200 mostly negated the best price. After canceling my order due to these concerns, they did try hard to make it right. They refunded 100% of my order. Just make sure you communicate with them and they will be ok."

Very hard to get thru, then once you get someone on the phone they try to sell cables, warranties etc. After arguing that you do not need anything they approve the order but they add a bogus insurance charge that brings the entire amount higher than the other stores. Finally once you get the product it's not double boxed but only in its manufacturer's box. Stay away"
