"I originally had issues with the warranty card that would provide a one year warranty. It was missing in the originial package. After a delay Jeff not only provided the warranty, he extended it to three years!!"

I was not very happy about the month wait, but Jeff spoke with me apologizing about the wait and I felt terrible that I didn't consider the bad timing when I ordered the TV and gave a poor review. Things have changed and I am pleased with them. Also, out of great courtesy, Jeff threw in a $60 HDMI cable because of the long wait, not many companies do this! "I have to admit I was a little hesitant to order from Electrozone. Their price for a Samsung PN50C7000 was $500 less than MSRP, which sounded too good to be true. After reading many positive reviews here I decided to pull the trigger.

Overall the experience was excellent. After placing the order I did have to call a sales rep. He did offer to sell me an extended warranty, but was polite and not pushy. After I declined the transaction was very smooth. I received the TV undamaged and in the original packaging.

I would gladly shop there again or refer a friend to their site. "

"In a word, my entire experience sucked. no joke. I was told that the delivery would be in 7-10 days. It took 20 days (arriving 12/23/10). I ordered 3 TVs, they came in 2 different deliveries, and only 1 was not damaged in shipment. the first TV delivered, the stand was completely broken. When electrozone called me, their customer service person actually hung up on me. I had to call back and get someone different. The 63" plasma plays with a 2-3 inch vertical red stipe down the entire screen. It comes and goes but it is on approximately 50% of the time.
Lastly, having paid $200 more for white glove so the shipping company would set up and dispose of the packaging, both times (same company, same guys) said they NEVER take the packaging. Electrozone said they would take care of it for the second delivery, and also compensate me for the aweful first delivery. but to no avail. what a waste!!!! I will never use them again and steer anyone I like away from them."

"The prices are great...but in order to get them you have to put up with a lot of hassle.

You have to call to confirm your order, they try to upsell you, add on bogus shipping/insurance charges, etc. Their phone system is poor so it's hard to get somebody to address your issues.

Ultimately I got a good product at a good price, but had to send emails and call a few times to get extra charges off the invoice and my credit card."
