"I was about to give them a bad rating, since my order didn't arrive as scheduled, and I was misinformed when I called to find out the status.
Fortunately, EHQ made good on the problem and reshipped the order overnight while the lost shipment was tracked down.
While the performance error was probably fedex's fault, EHQ did the right thing to satisfy the customer, me!"

I was all geared up to deal with the pressure to purchase additional accessories or extended warranties. I ordered early to allow extra time for the shipping delays associated with these obnoxious sales tactics and the eventual possibility that I would have to go elsewhere. What a pleasant surprise to have a completely hassle free experience and service that is second to none. The only problem I had was a technical glitch that prevented me from getting the advertised free shipping on my product. "I placed an order for a Pioneer Inno XM radio on the 15th of October. When on october 25th I still had not recieved it I called the customer service number. After sitting on hold for over 30mins I finally talked with someone and they told me that the order was overlooked and they would ship it that day 2 day air and I should have it by the 27th. Waited until the 31st and called the customer service line again and spoke with the same person that I spoke with on the 25th i explained the situation and then was put on hold for 15 mins. The representitive came back and said that they no longer sold the item. So after being very patient for more than 2 weeks I have nothing. Dont buy anything from these scam artists. The customer service is horrible and they advertise products for a low price and dont even sell them"

"Ordered Product on 10/14 received 10/20. Item was not shipped until 10/19 (even though it was "in stock" when I ordered it) When I contacted the store via their online support I was informed that it was shipped the 10/17 (which it was not) and was told ONE: "it will arrive Wednesday" TWO: It will arrive Thursday THREE: It will arrive Friday... So not only was it not shipped on Monday, but I was lied to through the entire process. When I received it the package was slightly larger than the product (a GPS) and had NO PACKING MATERIAL. If it had been broken I would have had to go though this whole process again AND paid for the return shipping. So will I spend my money here again? No, they cannot be trusted. That being said it was the lowest price anywhere at the time and I paid for it."
