Placed an order on 08/12 for 3 items. I few days later I received one of the items. The receipts showed all 3 items listed and no comments of any kind as far as the status on the other 2 items. On 08/18 I sent them an email asking for status on the 2 missing items and on the 20th received an email stating the items were on backorder. On 09/06 I tried to call using the phone number on the website and waited for half an hour for a cs rep - no one picked up so I hung up. On the 7th I called the phone number on the email confirmation of the order which is a different number and did get someone on the line. Asked them to cancel the order and I got the normal robot response - your account will be credited in 3 days. Sent an email later that night to get confirmation in writing with the same response which I received a few hours later. It is now Sept. 18th, over a month since I placed the order and I still don't have 2 out of my three items and the one that I did get does not work on my cellphone even though it was listed as an accessory for my phone. Guess I'm paying for this lesson - check the BBB first and the net - they are not accredited by the BBB and there are complaints all over the net about them. Also noticed that the actual invoice that came in with my single item is from a company called Cell Phone Masters (not Elitextreme). I'll be reaching out to them directly next.

"Do not, repeat: DO NOT buy from this company. They are very good at not answering emails hoping you will go away. I received a cheap cell phone cover (only $8.00) and it came in cracked. I sent an email to their so called "customer service" and no reply. So I sent another.... and another. Finally the so called customer service rep said they don't take care of problems by email... I have to call them. So I called. I was told to take a picture of the broken case and get this... email it to them!!!! So I did. Never received a new case, nor a reply. I have requested my money back and have yet to see it. Again - - DO NOT purchase from this company."
"Place is a scam. Ordered some accessories three weeks prior to xmas. Took them 5 days to ship the order of two items. Recieved one item, two days before xmas with the other showing on "back order" after paying extra for expedited shipping. Thanks for the extra last minute shopping EE! Impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Email CS responses are from robots. Thier tag line claiming that they are the best in their business is a lie. STAY AWAY!!!! "
"When I did not receive my order placed on Dec 5, 2011, I called customer service as the money was debited my checking account. This is a positive response to my experience especially because the attitude I received after reading a lot of negative comments. I read these after I found out my order was on a backorder and I wanted these cases for Christmas. The first c.s. person was to call me back later that day when the shipment arrived that day, and that is my ONLY NEGATIVE thing I can say. The next day I called and explained my situation to the next guy, and by the way there was never a long wait on the phone. He offered me to wait for them to come in, or to order something in stock, amd I just wanted a refund at this point as I had read all of these negative things. I rudely told him I doubted I would ever get my money back by what I have read here. He was kind, soft spoken, courteous and clearly stood by his company and its' reputation. I was a rude, loud mouthed, and an idiot to say the least. He cancelled my order and assured me I would get my money back in a couple days, I laughed and stated something mean and nasty to him, as I just knew I wouldn't after reading these reviews. He asked me politely, to call him back when I get my refund to apologize to him. The next day I looked at my account and the money was there. I called him back, apologized and stated I would never bad-mouth his company again and will post a GOOD REVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night, signed the "Grinch"."
"Iam really unhappy with the service with this eliextreme company my husband ordered a speaker on April 1, 2011(which was the wrong day for that) was sent an email stating his speaker had been placed on back order he was ok with that he had replyed 2 times to the email after the 14 business days & no response so,here I go I called. In June6th@1:30pm to find out what was going on I talked to a really nice guy named Jerry he explained to me that the company that they get the speaker from had discontinued this speaker so for the equal cost of the previous order we reordered another speaker this time portable & I was told by Jerry that my husband would receive an email when it was shiped off to us which was suppose to be here on June15th,it never showed so I called back on June 17th@noon this time I spoke to Pablo whom said Jerry never put in the order for an even trade so I got put on hold for 10mins.Pablo got back on & said he would have the Portable Black & green speaker priority mailed to us & we should have received it June 20th guess. What nothing & they sure didn't mind pulling the money off our card before they had the speakers I advise for anyone else to do ur shopping somewhere else.this seriously was the worst April Fools ever"
"i should've read the reviews before ordering. i wonder if they're read how horrible they are. the wait time is absurd, they lie saying they're sending it but they dont, all products are on back order, they lie saying they send backorder emails but they don't, they say they'll refund you but they don't... first time i write a review, first time i have such a hard time, they seem to be run by anincompetent high teenager, i can't begin to describe how ridiculous, oh and great customer service, they do everything wrong and have an attitude as if it shouldn't be the other way around or to at least apologize."
"no notice of back order, after 11-12 days still on back order, tried to "switch" me at this point so i asked for a refund and was told it would take 3-5 BUSINESS days to do so, i will get back and update if i have to call paypal to charge back, this was just a test order and they have failed miserably so far!
p.s. the CS agent hardly spoke ENGLISH, what's up with that???!"
"As a follow-up to the previous entry I wrote about EliteXtreme - I was charged for items that were apparently on back order. I was not notified that they were on back order but my VISA was charged anyway. I telephoned the company four four times before they refunded my account. I may have jumped the gun a bit, but after reading other reviews about this company, I asked for a refund instead of waiting for merchandise that I didn't receive and paid for anyway. I wouold stay away from this company in the future. Customer reviews have proven to be invaluable. Thank you for your time!"

"This place is the absolute pits ! I ordered 3 items for 2 different cell phones on 8/4 (paid via PayPal) and thank God I always print my receipts. After a few days when I didn't receive confirmation of shipment (or anything else for that matter !) I called the company on 8/9 and was told that my items were on back order and that they should be rec'd from the manufacturer by Wednesday of that week and shipped. Today is 8/17 and still nothing. I called back again and was heated. I was told by the same customer service rep that I could change my order. I told her that I would and call back. I did and was told that I could get a complimentary item because of my displeasure. I was also told that my items would be shipped today and that I should receive them by the end of the week. I'll write back if I get them. This company appears to not have many items in stock. If that is the case, then they should mark the items as such on their website like other companies do. "
"Placed an order on 7/15/10 - waited a few days but did not receive a shipping confirmation. Checked the order status via the order confirmation email but it didn't tell me anything. Since the order is paid for in-full (via PayPal) sent an email to their customer service on July 18 - no response. I sent another email requesting an update on the status on July 21 to which they responded (the same day) that they had a problem with a shipment that is carrying one of my products but my order would be shipped out as soon as they receive the merchandise.
On July 26 sent another request for a status update since the website version of my order still has not changed in status. I still have not heard back from them nor have I received the merchandise...that I might add is paid for!!!"

"WHY oh WHY didn't I research this Elite Xtreme BEFORE I ordered! Once I saw the BBB logo on their website, I thought they were OK....HUGE mistake! They sent me 1 out of 3 items and of course told me that the other 2 are "back ordered" and will be sent out later on in the week...yuh right...if only I had googled their name before sending the order, I would have known better than to do business with these thieves! This "back order" crap is a SCAM! They have no intention of sending your stuff, answering your emails or telling you the truth if and when you do get that little RUDE girl on the phone. Luckily for me, I used a credit card and went through my CC company to file a dispute, but quite frankly, I don't trust Elite Xtreme not to sell my cc #! They are very unscrupulous! Do not do business with this compnay! You've been warned..."
"This company is extremely difficult to reach. The Live Chat doesn't work either. I called and sat on hold (2nd in the queue with 1 min. wait time according to the recording) for 13 minutes to find out my item was on back order. I cancelled. I wish their site would have noted the back order situation. I hope I get my money back! Based on the other horrible reviews I will not do business with EliteExtreme in the future."
