"I have been trying to purchase the mech 16 not the 17 and have not been able to do the financing for it and finalize sale. Any other product I try to purchase it ends up being able to process. I have now also lost out on getting it by the end of this month and lost out on getting the memory enhancement upgrade. But, alas , I need a new laptop since my old Lenovo has completely died on me and I can't do my Landscape design rendering anymore. Service has been decent and has tried to rectify the situation but nothing has worked so far. "

"I've got an RP-15 and it runs stuff great, but the SSD comes a bit loose from bouncing around in a bag heading to and from class, causing BSODs Unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes the problem, but is tedious."
"Bought the max17 a few years back it's a great laptop but my 3 year old knocked it over a few times and it stopped charging. I sent it in and they messaged me very quickly letting me know whats wrong with it, and fixed it for a reasonable price!"
