"During the choice section for additions I felt that there were choices I could make that the website didn't allow. I just couldn't tell - The order process seemed easy but the overall look of the website mixed with the (no) click buttons left me a little suspect. "I purchased a laptop from them a year ago and one day my screen suddenly stopped working. I immediately emailed them but had to wait several days for a reply where they stated that I still have a warranty and can ship it to them. I replied right after receiving that email saying that it was inconvenient for me to send my laptop away since I need it every day for school (I used a second monitor in the meantime). They hadn't replied back for at least another week and I was constantly calling there customer support number to no avail. Finally, after a week or more, I was able to reach them on the phone to sort it out, although they never actually got back to my email before that. Well, it turns out my warranty only counts for in-house repairs so I ended up having to buy another monitor from them to be replaced at a local shop. So me having a warranty was utterly pointless. I don't understand why I had to cough up money because their product broke while it was still under warranty. Just because they aren't the people fixing it shouldn't mean they aren't responsible for covering the costs of the repairs if it is still under warranty!"
