"I bought my Eluktronics N870HK1 three years ago. I love it! especially for video editing where a lot of CPU is required and only now are laptops as capable as this getting up to speed. But recently I experienced a loud beeping alarm that preceded computer shut-down. I contacted Eluktronics support, and they have helped me isolate the cause of the problem and I've ordered the part (a CPU fan) through their website at the lowest price I could find (yep, I did a comparison). I really am impressed with their attention to my problem 3 years after my purchase. We'll see how the solution turns out in the near future."

"I know it's standard practice, but I shouldn't have to order a USB recovery drive. Either you should include the recovery partition on all the computers you sell or a USB recovery drive should be included with every computer. I for one would find that immensely more useful than the $125 gaming bundle."

"Just purchased a second laptop through Eluktronics. I purchased one previously through an Amazon deal they had running a few years ago. That laptop was one of the first models out with the then-new Nvidia 1070 GPU. About 6 months later, it began crashing a lot and the error logs made it clear it was related to the GPU. Turns out a good number of the early runs of the 1070s used in laptops had an overheating problem. Eluktronics handled this with no problem. I shipped the laptop out to them and had it back within a couple weeks and it has been rock solid ever since. So, when it came time to buy a laptop for one of my kids who is old enough and doing a lot of different multimedia tasks, I feel confident ordering from them again."
