"I tend to prefer ordering from the manufacturer when I can, even though I could have gotten the product sooner from amazon or newegg. I couldn't have gotten the liquid metal thermal compound though, and that's something I wanted.

If I had any suggestions, more granular choices for memory/storage would be nice. The model I ordered didn't have an option for a spinning hard drive, only SSDs which is fine, but being able to pick the ram amount and the storage per slot would be ideal. I'd like to see faster turn around too, but with extra work to get it re-pasted I can understand the delay (not to mention the pandemic). All in all these are minor issues and I'm very satisfied with the storefront. "
