Placed order 7-July, received 10-July, but it was missing 1 of the 2 gaskets I ordered. As instructed in one of the many auto e-mails I received post ordering, I replied to ****@**** 10-July and have yet to receive a response.

I'm not overly concerned because it's a $0.57 part I was shorted, but it's highly unlikely I will be a repeat customer with this establishment."

"My first order was a bit of a fiasco. Recieved the radiator, a belt that does not fit the application (crank-water pump-alternator), and the two hoses.

To help rectify the order, they did send a bolt kit at no charge. The bolts did fit the nut spot-welded to the radiator one way, but still would not fit the other (proper way).

Had to take the radiator to a shop to have the mounting nuts tapped due to a large amount of slag from the spot welding.

Sloppy workmanship on the radiator, their parts department not thoroghly testing the hardware kit, and a belt which is the wrong size is surprizing for a company that boasts 30 years of being in service.

They dont seem to realise that there are other MGB parts vendors out there.

I will not order from here again.

"I recieved the shipment from englishparts a week after ordering when three days by UPS is typical. Not critical in this case but inconvienient. My main complaint is that I did not recieve all of the items that believed I had ordered. The ad when read by me seemed to clearly indicate that rim strips were included in the purchase price, a good deal, so I ordered from englishparts on this assumption. I did not recieve them with the order. When I contacted customer service they stubbornly refused to see things as I did and refused to ship any more parts for my order. Certainly this will be my last purchase from englishparts as I find their ad deliberately misleading and customer "service" lacking. "

a little long to hear back from them (5 working days), but they explained they had been trying everywhere, but the part was just
not available. After a substitution was agreed on, the order was shipped and received super quick. From my experience, I would say
