I did receive a check from METRO TOYOTA dated 01/23/12 for the full amount that was charged to my visa account.

"This company is a RIP OFF (Stay Away)

We ordered some parts on Nov 7th, they were never shipped after TWO weeks. Called customer service and an answering machine asked to leave a message. After 6 times and threatened to cancel and dispute the charges. John called back after 5 mins, saying they have all the parts and were shipped that day. When we received the parts, after a week. They were not the parts we ordered and some were missing. A complaint is being filed with the BBB. They should close this place down, through lack of the owners interest."

"Same story as everyone else. Placed a website order and my credit card was charged immediately. Then nothing happens.

I'm in Canada and the international shipping is determined after the order goes in. That didn't stop them for charging for all the parts immediately. The instructions were I'd be contacted within a day with the shipping cost and then it would take 24 hours to ship.

A week after the order went in I hadn't been contacted about the shipping, so called and left a message. The following week still nothing, so I called my bank to cancel the credit card charge.

The autoresponse email that comes once the web order is placed has a link for Order Status, that just comes up with an error message on his site. It also has a link to this site. I guess the guy is so lazy, not only does he not respond to customers or ship parts, but he doesn't even change the email to take that link out.

Unless he has something you absolutely need and can't find anywhere else, I'd go elsewhere."

"I ordered a few parts on 9/13. Credit card was charged on 9/14.
Emails went unanswered. A telephone call after two weeks, said he would ship the following week. 4 weeks later, still nothing. Seller has not answered the phone, and NEVER responds to email. Finally I cancelled my order, and called my bank to reverse charge.

I'd highly recommend you buy from somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

But you know, if the fellow would have just communicated honestly, I would have waited, but the silence from his end forced me to cancel my order.
