"This is the first review I am writing for English parts but it is not the first order that I have placed with the company, But will probably be my last. I have spent quite allot of money with them and placed large orders so I understand that some items may NOT be in stock, But every time I have placed a order at least one item is not in stock and it takes them at lest a week or more to get it in. They send emails to confirm that they have received your order and in that email there is a link to check on the status of the order so I periodically check and find that again some thing is not in and they provide a approximate date the part should be in. So I check on the date listed and see a indication that the part has arrive but a week later the order has not been shipped out. when the order was placed I indicated that I need the parts shipped asap. They say that a email will be sent when the items are shipped but that does not happen or it is received after the parts arrive or I contact them wanting to know why the parts have not been shipped only to be told they can not find a parts they know it was received in the warehouse but can`t fined it. I feel like I am dealing with children that will not admit they screwed up and make excuses. I am trying to get a english sports car restoration business off the ground in a BAD economy and I truly made a mistake picking this company to buy from I saw their pricing and compared it to other companies but from now on I will pay the higher prices and hope for better service. Its like they are trying to shut me down before I get started. Hope this helps them BUT I would NOT BET ON IT.
Well I thought I would give them one more try, That was a mistake, Once again The one item I ordered was not in stock and it took them more than a week to get it in and another 4 days to actually ship it from their location, As a foot note to English Parts you competitors let their customers know at the time of their order the part they need is in stock and they ship the same day, You should try that and see if your reviews improve."

"Great place to order parts for your British car. However, parts take 7 to 10 days, not the advertised 2 to 4 days. So if you are in a big hurry do not order parts and forgo the savings.

Also, they never appear to reply to any e-mails which is a bit frustrating, when asking about specific items and any other special items they might be able to special order for you.

Go here for the price, and the parst quality, not the service and not any specific kind of help.
