"I found it very easy to shop online at Entirely Pets. I conducted an onslaught of price comparisons, Entirely Pets had the best product price and shipping cost combination. Furthermore, most online stores send a confirmation email, followed by a shipment email with a way to track the packages. Entirely Pets did this, but they stepped it up by adding a link directly to the tracking website where I was given instant updates, I didn't have to copy the tracking number and log onto a site and paste the number in the specified spot and wait for tracking, it was on the spot. I love that because it was easy for me to track using my phone. Also, I paid for expedited shipping, and expedited I got, thanks so much.

"I received most of my order. I did not receive the correct quantities of penny sample items ordered. The packing list showed the quantities ordered and the same quantities shipped, but I only received a quantity of one instead of two. It was only a penny for the items, but it bothers me that the ordering and shipping of these items are wrong.

Also, I noticed that some of the treats I ordered, have a expiration or good by date of only two months. If you knew you were getting a discount because of items with close expiration dates, you might reconsider ordering the items.

Otherwise, the order was received in less than a week with standard shipping. "
