"I recently placed a order at entirely pets Too bad I didn't check Better Business Bureau - 84 complaints closed in past 3 yrs, 26 in last 12 months. I order on 11/16. As of the 24th it had not been shipped. Per their website I called to cancel
order. They refused saying "couldn't check on shipment date and
they may be email out there that I hadn't received re it being
shipped. I tried again on the 26th to cancel. Told this time
I couldn't because the "warehouse wasn't open". If they can talk
me order 24 hours/day I should be able to cancel 24 hours/day."
"Very good selection of products, good prices overall, frequent discounts that are excellent. However, promotional newsletter is sent far too frequently, and sales are usually one day only. I don't appreciate having to respond immediately to get a bargain, I would prefer weekly discounts so I can shop at my leisure, not at their demand. Also, last purchase, could not find my account, so I had to sign up again. Funny, I'm still on the mailing list!"
