"Placed an order on 11-8-12, 2-3 day shipping (not USPS priority mail); I called on 11-19-12 to cancel the order because it had not been delivered and was told the order had just shipped that day; I would have to refuse the order. On 11-27-12 the order had still not been delivered so I pulled up the order email notification and opened the shipping information box; the order was shipped via USPS on 11-24-12. Not only did Entirely Pets not ship my order when it was placed but they lied to me on 11-19-12. My credit card was charged for products they didn't ship and then they lied about. And the method of shipping was USPS not what I paid for. These are immoral business practices. "
