"Horrible Customer Service - Purchased perscription pet medication online- the website did not indicate that the item was backordered. Called THREE times to get order status before finding out the item was backordered. Since my dog becomes crippled without this medication, and I couldn't get it from my vet, this was a little more important than having a SCSI card unavailable. Called again, asked to speak with supervisor, but he was out. Was promised a return call. It never came. I called a fifth time and cancelled the order. This company has to treat its customers better than it does. This IS NOT a commodity reselling situation. People and animals actually get hurt from these sloppy business practices.
UPDATE: I called and cancelled the order. One week later, I received an email telling me my order had shipped and my CC had been charged! UNBELEIVABLE - I'd send it back, but they would probably muff that too.
