After reading my original review, someone from entirelypets contacted me about a month later, and asked what they could do to resolve the issue. I'm sure I would have never heard from them if I hadn't posted this review, but they did end up refunding the shipping costs for the items I never received.

"So far I have been completely satisfied with this company/site! About five or six months ago my Mom ordered the Nylabone Bar-B-Chew ribs for her Chihuahua, and received them in a timely manner. Then when I wanted to order some for my Chihuahua I was reluctant to order from this site because of all the bad reviews. Since everything worked out with my Mom I decided to take my chances...plus they have the lowest price. I placed my order early Thursday morning and received them in perfect condition on Saturday afternoon. I didn't even pay extra for fast shipping, only the cheapest available. I don't know if it just depends on the products sent or if they are trying to improve, but I haven't had any problems."
"These people are simply appalling. I placed an order on 5/11/2010. I received the package on 5/13 but the items were incorrect. I returned the items with authorization on 5/15. I have confirmation of delivery at their warehouse on 5/17.
I was told by one of their customer reps that it takes 2 to 6 weeks for a refund. They say they don't issue one until they open the return at the warehouse. Who sends out so many defective items and wrong orders that it takes 6 weeks to open all the returns?
That return was opened according to my online account on 6/10 but as of yet, no refund has been issued. It is 10 weeks after they received the return and 6 1/2 weeks after it was logged in as returned and I do not have a refund. These clowns ignore my emails and evade on the phone. I have had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company in hopes of eventually getting my $41.94 back. Do not under any circumstances deal with these people. Their rating here of 3.75 out of 10 is far too generous. Just wish I had looked them up here before I ordered.

A full refund has finally been appended to my credit card account, after only ten weeks of having my needs ignored, multiple e-mails and around a half dozen phone calls."
"We ordered so pills for one of our cats who unfortunately passed away prior to receiving the pills. We contacted entirely pets about returning the unopened bottles & they said it would be no problem so we sent the order back UPS on 5/8/2010 but did not get the account credited until 6/17/2010 after several phone calls each of which got the response that the managers were not in & would have to check on the refund tomorrow.
This company had the ability to charge my account the same day as the order was placed but had to hang on to my refund for over 5 weeks which I believe is without any excuse. "
"Ordered a dog ball thrower from them and was sent instead a cheap imitation of the product I ordered. Emailed, called several times and was given the runaround on the supposed "return shipping label" I was to receive; the replacement product never showed up and was suddenly out of stock. Was promised a refund but never received one. Very bad transaction."
"Ordered 3 items - only got 2, company has not replied to my inquiry of missing item ($30) - big rip-off as far as I am concerned. The diaper garment I ordered was poor/cheap quality - size too big for measurements given and tail hole is enormous! Will never do business with again! Company supposedly reshipped the missing item - (Cardio supplement vitally needed btw) on 4/27 - haven't received "in a few days" and they so rudely won't provide any replies or info for this item. "Ordered products on 4/1/10 using CC. Shipped out on 4/2/10. Delivery was made in SE by USPS on 4/8/10. All items received as ordered.
Only thing I can say about ordering is that if you need something quickly, do NOT have it shipped USPS parcel post, as their speed is like a snail and tracking is great, if you like waiting for updated data. I used the "free" shipping and that is why it too so long to get to the SE US."
"Product still not received three weeks after order date. Called and was told by CS rep that my credit card had been declined. CS rep suggested I call my credit card company to resolve. When I called my credit card company they reported that no purchases of any type had been declined against my account, furthermore no seller by the name of EntirelyPets or for that matter any other pet supply type of company had processed an order against my account number. Was further advised by my credit card company that perhaps I should consider shopping elsewhere - for sure I'll take them up on that suggestion.
My experience with EntirelyPets seems all too similar with that of other dissatisfied customers to further invest time or effort to try and do business with them, now or in the future. GOOD LUCK to those willing to try, and my REGRETS to those who encounter problems or disappointment; as they say - Forewarned is Forearmed ...all of this in spite of having received a "Shipped Order Review Confirmation." Who in the world issues confirmations against a "declined" CC account, that in reality wasn't and never has been declined??? ...pssst,just a hint, probably a company that you don't want to do business with. "
"I live in the US during the winter seasons here in the UK during the summers. I have been getting all of my (6 years old) Sally’s toys/treats ever since she was a pup. I cannot tell you how many times I have been ripped off. I ONLY deal with entirleypets.com now. With the coupons and the savings are enough to have me coming back. There was a mistake a long time ago, but they fixed it right away, as it never happened. Also, the people who answer the phone are the nicest. "
"I mailed a money order to these folks 11 days ago. I sent an email to them yesterday which has gone unanswered, so I called them to check on the order and they said they have not received my payment yet. I am sure they must have got my letter with payment 3-4 days after I sent it. For a company to take 7-8 days to get to processing my order is just absurd. Thumbs down.
Checked my order on their website this evening, it says "shipped" 15 days after M.O. sent. Way to long to process IMHO."

"This screwed up company is the stuff that nightmares are made of!
I ordered heartworm medication for our dog using their online system and provided specific instructions on how to contact the vet for a prescription. They ignored the instructions, got the vets office in an uproar and emailed telling me the vet had no record of ever seeing our dog. When I called, they admitted not ever having looked at the comment section and thus requesting the prescription under the wrong name. The next day, I called back to ensure that they had gotten the prescription and the order was being processed. I was informed that they no longer supplied prescription medications and I'd have to take my business elsewhere. At this point I was glad to do so... Unfortunately, I found out too late that a order I placed with Amazon was filled by these goobers. Since then, I've tried at least three times to remove myself from their email list but the messages keep coming and coming and coming.
This company is obviously messed up and not worthy of receiving anybody's business. If you check the various rating services, you see that there approval rating has tanked in the last six months. There are too many other good companies reliably providing pet supplies without the hassle.
Avoid EntirelyPets at all costs!

Of course you can't find a record of an order for heartworm medication, you screwed it up so badly that it never got shipped! There is absolutely no problem with my recolection of my dealings with your company. EntirelyPets did offer prescription drugs at one time, witness all the other complaints about screwed up prescription orders and their sudden refusal to fill said orders. The tone and content of EntirelyPets reply, denying that they dispensed prescription medications and trying to cast aspersions on my account of my experiences with them says volumes about why others should avoid doing business with this shoddy company. They even denied ever doing business with me to ResellerRatings to get this review removed but that didn't work because I was able to provide the Amazon transaction record as proof. EntirelyPets is simply sticking their fingers in the dike trying to stop the collapse of their company due to plenty of well deserved negative feedback across the Internet. "
"I made an order over the weekend and received an email letting me know that after my order shipped I would receive confirmation & a tracking #. Fast forward to Friday of the following week, when I had not received any kind of confirmation. I called up CS and was told that one of my items had been on backorder but that the item came in and so my pkg had been shipped in one of the days prior. I was so happy to hear this that I didn't think to ask for a tracking number. I later check their website and it says that my order is still at the warehouse...in fact, it continues to say this until Friday of the NEXT week. I call CS again and am notified that hey, my package hadn't been shipped after all but that they'd be sending it out ASAP (and sending me tracking info) and refunding the shipping charges I paid. That was nice, I suppose. I watched my order status and by the following Tues it hadn't changed so I called up CS again to talk to the person I had spoke with the week prior to make sure all was well. I ended up leaving a message and never got a call back, which was fine since my tracking info finally came at around 7p that evening. Around this time I decide to check how much they charged me and I notice that they charged my card way back on Feb 1--a good 15 days before my order was shipped out. According to their website they don't charge until after they ship... I finally received my order today and was not happy to find three of the single treats I ordered (turkey patties and a pegetable) just loose in the box, not wrapped at ALL. Funny since the image on the website shows the pegetable individually wrapped. I now have gross turkey treat grease on my other items and unwrapped treats that I meant to send as gifts but now am too embarrassed to send. To add insult to injury I just checked and was never refunded the shipping costs I was promised I would be. What a disappointing experience, and one that I won't be going through again."
