"I attempted to purchase Rymidal from entirelypets.com I was charged for a product that was never received. I was told it had been shipped and when I called I was hung up on (that was in addition to multiple emails in attempts to resolve this issue). I had corresponded with several individuals via email and all were belligerent in their responses. I filed a discrepancy report with my credit card company and was refunded the charge. However, I just received a copy of a USPS order tracking document that was furnished to the credit card company from Entirely Pets that is a forgery with my signature on it. Some person named LEROY stated on a chargback adjustment reversal request that I the card holder signed for the package upon receipt. Two forged copies of delivery confirmation forms were provided for the last two orders I placed (I had received a previous shipment of treats). First of all I am overseas and have an APO (Army Post Office) address, I have never signed for any shipments delivered here because I am not an authorized in the facility or am I a mail handler. USPS does not deliver our mail, the APO does. I am so upset that someone has gone to this extent to collect money for items not shipped or received. My husband is getting a statement from the APO mail distribution point here and I am sending it to the credit card company. Entirely Pets is a rip off and has got to be stopped!! When I first started ordering with them everything was great but that is just to lure you in. Entirely pets has hired some unscrupulous employees! BUYER BEWARE!!"
"What is up with this company? I've been ordering from them for years and very happy with the products and service. I used them once for a prescription med and wanted to refill. I called today and was told that they are "restructuring the company" and don't do prescription meds anymore (may in the future, undetermined time). They recommended two other companies, one of which is (name deleted) -- there are horrible reviews of this place on the web. I don't know what Entirely Pets is doing, but they are going to lose a lot of customers if they don't clean up their act quickly! And please beware of any referrals they make!!!

I received a call from a manager at EntirePets out of the blue. He had seen my review here and wanted to address the issue. He told me that the rep I spoke with should never had referred me to other companies, that was not an official referral, and that EP was working on restructuring and planned to reimplement prescription services in the near future. Based on this conversation, I am willing to forgive the misunderstanding and replace my rating with a high one. I have always been happy with this company and hope their restructuring brings even better services and products."
"Ordered program flea control for the cat and when I received it the expiration date was a month later. There are 6 in a box so they would have been out of date after the first. Got a return authorization and returned it on November 21. They are shipping a new one to me at no charge for the problems I had getting the credit issued."
"In August of this year my vet faxed in a prescription for six (6) boxes of Comfortis flea pills. In August I requested three of the boxes and received them just fine. Today I requested the last three boxes and was sent a very short and generic form letter telling me they no longer fill prescriptions. I replied two times requesting a better explanation of what had happened and I was sent the same form letter back two more times with different signature names attached. The customer service department of this company does not exist and if they do...they don't care about the customer. I will take my business elsewhere (I have three dogs). Buyer beware."

"There were problems with shipping in two orders, problems for my vet to fax a prescription, and one rep who was rude and condescending. Thankfully, kind associates, including a very customer-oriented supervisor, rectified the problem via credit and apology. Everyone makes mistakes -- it's how they're handled that counts. Will shop again and recommend."
"I placed one order from this company for prescription medications for my elderly dog and everything went fine. However, the second order was a nightmare. Apparently they're only good if things run smoothly because if there's an issue, they will leave you and your pet in the lurch.
They claim to have faxed a form to my vet several times, but did not inform me of this until a week after I'd placed the order, and then only via email. I responded immediately and asked them to send me the form or call me with the details so I could follow up with the vet personally. Four days later, no response. I had to wait on hold for many minutes only to find out that the meds still hadn't shipped.
The customer service rep seemed completely disinterested in resolving the problem and I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor (apparently you have to leave them a voicemail and pray that they have more interest in responding than, well, everyone else in the company.) I'm now heading to the vet to pay their prices for my poor dog's meds.
In my opinion, you'd be a fool to do business with this "fair weather friend" of a company, and I certainly will never do so again."

"Firts order with them, and it went very smoothly. They had the best price on the meds my pet needs (both prescription and non-), and a small coupon code helped me recover the shipping cost. I did have to get the precription myself from the vet and email it to EP. It may be common practice for them to try the vet once and then tell you they can't reach them if the prescription isn't sent immediately. Easy to go through to save about $100 for a 6-month order. Everything shipped promptly and well, with appropriate expiration dates. Have recommended them to a friend."
"This was my first order at entirelypets. I ordered the Petsafe wireless containment system and assorted treats/bones. The prices were reasonable and the coupon code I found online made them even better.
The only minor issue I had was with a bag of Mini Natural treats. They come in 3 different flavors and apparently the one I had chosen was backordered. I waited 3 days before emailing customer service asking if I could just switch flavors or cancel the bag of treats as to not hold up the entire order for who knows how long. I never got a reply in 2 days.
I then decided to use the instant chat on their website and the person was very helpful. They switched flavors for me and my order was shipped that same day. So I recommend using the instant chat as opposed to email since as to this day I never got a reply using that method. Other than that delay everything arrived well packaged and arrived quickly once shipped. "
"Wow, it was startling reading all the previous reviews. If I had not used this company for at least 5 years, I probably wouldn't order from them; however, I have used EntirelyPets and have never - not once - had a problem with them. I find what I need/want inexpensively, receive exactly what I order and receive it quickly. They have been so reliable that I no longer try to search for a cheaper online source. I have not; however, order prescription meds nor have I had to return anything. I just now received joint suppliments for my dog on sale and in 2 days with free shipping. Can't get any better than that!"

And saved about 1/3 of the store price!
