On 3/31/09 I received a message from EntirelyPets.com that my vet would not confirm our prescription over the phone/fax. I faxed our prescriptions on 4/02/09, got a confirmation that the order was shipped next day and I received the order on 4/04/09. Very fast! All of their products are guaranteed U.S. EPA/FDA approved and cheaper then at vet.

"Very dissapointed. I had been using this company for a year for my dog's prescription. He needs it to live. I placed the order, then I get an email saying I need a prescription, which was odd because they have it (I have been ordering thru them for a year) I call, Preet tells me they need a new prescription because mine is only for 4. I pulled out the prescrption and the email I sent them, and he then sees that it is unlimited refills and he apologized. They billed me, normally I get it in a few days, this time a week goes by, nothing, I call and email, as I am on hold I get an email saying it was on backorder (never told!!!) and that it will be shipped within 24hrs. I still wait on hold and ask the same question (not saying I got the email) and I was now told it's out of stock and they won't get it til at least Friday. I then told her I just got an email saying it was going to be shipped within 24hrs. She didn't know what to say. So I said I want to cancel my order and my money refunded immediately because now I have to go to the vet and spend twice as much so he can get his shot. She tried to talk me out of it, but I wouldn't. So another week goes by, no refund. I call and now this person tells me yes I see it here, but I don't know why it hasn't been refunded, I told them to refund me IMMEDIATELY. I finally got refunded. I will never deal with them again. This happened to me with another company. I just can't believe how we are treated!!!"

"I have used Entirely Pets to order Azodyl for my cat who has chronic renal failure. This is a biological product that has to be kept cool, so it must be shipped via overnight shipping with a cold pack.
On Thursday, August 28, I ordered an Azodyl three pack refill via overnight shipping. FedEx somehow screwed this up and failed to deliver the package on Friday, August 29. Due to Monday being Labor day, FedEx didn't deliver the package until Tuesday, September 2, putting the total time the package had been in transit to six days... too long to keep product integrity.
I called Entirely Pets on Tuesday August 2 and explained the problem. They sent me another Azodyl three pack refill via overnight shipping free of charge, and set up a call tag to return the compromised product.
A true class act, excellent customer service due to a problem with the shipper (not even their fault). I will definitely use this vendor for future purchases. Highly recommended."

Claims that my vet & pharmacy are really hard to contact, YET I GOT THROUGH IMMEDIATELY. Have no sense of following up on something important.
This is MEDICINE!! Not chew toys, so a little more responsibility is warranted!! Yes, they're the cheapest guys around, but what good is that when YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AT ALL!!

"I've ordered twice from this merchant and had bad experiences both times. On my initial order, I ordered three items. I received a shipping confirmation for all three, but when the box arrived, only two items were included. A note was in the box stating that the other item is on backorder. Keep in mind that this merchant sells pharmaceuticals for pets, so the items are generally needed in a timely fashion. Their customer service clearly does not reflect this level of importance. I sourced the third item else where. In trying to give them another chance, I placed another order. This time, in special instructions area of the order, I stated that if any of the items on my order were backordered to hold my entire order and contact me. When I received the package a few days later, one of the items was not included! There wasn't even a note in the box stating why! I had to contact them to find out what was going on. The item was indeed on backorder. They offered no explanation as to why my instructions weren't followed. I ended up receiving the missing item weeks later. My advice is, if you a buying pet medications and you need them in any sort of a timely fashion, AVOID THIS MERCHANT!!!"

"AVOID THIS MERCHANT!!! I wish I had. It has been almost a month and still no merchandise. Called and was told 1 item (out of 9 ordered) was backordered (why didn't the site tell me that?), but they said it just came in and they would ship it right out (that was 2 weeks ago!). Called again, asked them to refund the out of stock item and ship the rest. That was a week ago - still nothing, still no credit for the out of stock item. How can you deal with people who just lie when you call? BOTH times I called I was told it was handled and on the way - which was obviously a lie. I was told the out of stock item was in, then later told that it was still backordered. Why not just be straight with customers? People will be repeat customers if you attempt decent customer service. My pets were put at risk while their flea/tick control expired, and I waited for an order that I was told was on the way, PRIORITY MAIL, but I would bet it has STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED! One of my worst internet shopping experiences, and it didn't have to be if these people would just be honest with customers and respect the importance of pets' needs."
"By mistake, I ordered FrontLine,instead of FrontLine Plus. AS soon as I received the e-mail confirmation, I e-mailed requesting the order be cancelled and that I would place another order for the FrontLine Plus. The order shipped anyway. No acknowledgement to my request to cancel. I mailed the FrontLine back requesting a credit, and placing an order for the correct item. This was three weeks ago. I'm bracing myself for getting the shaft on this order. This was my mistake, but I'm betting it will cost me $50.84 plus the postage to return. This is an expensive lesson. Avoid these guys like nerve gas."
