"Fit and finish is phenomenal. Customer service has been super responsive and response times have been as quick as possible. Install took less time than it took to take the old factory radio out and everything was plug and play from there. A detailed installation manual or video from the manufacturer would have been super helpful but overall, there is enough content out there on this unit (or similar) to get it in properly. The factory instruction manual is helpful and you can access it online. The unit itself is responsive, snappy, and fast in it's factory UI but wireless carplay seems to slightly lag behind when warming up. Once carplay connects and I start driving, it seems to be okay. Overall, I would buy this item again and again and again. "

"We'll, it was not an easy install. I had issue after issue after issue. They ended up sending me another headunit and after installing it I was able to get everything working. It is an amazing upgrade and everything works as it should. It looks amazing. Customer service is good, it just takes at least 24 hours for a reply, which can be frustrating but eventually everything got worked out. I would recommend this headunit, and hopefully your installation will be smoother than mine, since I initially got a defective unit. "

"Purchased the M3BLA12-C for my 2010 Mazda 3 and it works great. Also received a free backup camera through a New Year's promo. Extremely easy to install and looks like it belongs there. Fits perfectly. Had an issue with the boot-up time taking 20-30sec every time so I contacted customer support. They were quick to reply and super helpful. They supplied the link to download the update and walked me through the install which was very easy to do. As soon as it rebooted after the update it was booting up within 1sec of turning on the car. A bonus is that the sound is so much better. Was going to sell the car this summer but may keep driving it with this new addition! Thanks Eonon!"
"Ima be completely honest with everyone when I first got my radio from them it was amazing until i had a problem with my screen I mean I was kinda upset but at the same time I couldn’t be it’s a piece of tech your bound to have that one outta the bunch that’ll give you problems but hey all I did was email them and let them know what I was experiencing with my radio and they helped me out in the best way we tried different things to try and resolve my problem but unfortunately none of them worked but they where completely understanding actually just sent me out a whole new radio and i couldn’t be more appreciative for the help and everything I normally don’t write comments or give reviews but I had to on this situation all I can say is thank you guys so much for everything and keeping me happy "
"I have had nothing but great support from Eonon with two separate purchases a UAS12 PLUS-6 and a Q03PRO. I had some issues with both they were all over it and sent me a new cable that connects the screen to the head unit at NO COST TO ME AND QUICKLY.
The new UAS12 PLUS-6 touchscreen wasn't working (I panicked, thinking it was broken) Eonon support emailed me within an hour or two giving me directions and it now works.
Amazing any company responds or even helps, I will never buy a different brand name again.
