I bought a smartphone but it didn't work at all, both batteries emptied after a few hours.

I sent it back and ordered a different one on Jan 10/2014. Now the never ending story started.
I paid 10 USD for expedited shipment. Although during the order process expedited shipping costs about 8 USD.
I had to left my place on Jan. 30/2014 without getting my smartphone. After several mails they told me the tracking number but it was too late.

They did not read my messages at all!

"These guys are drop shippers. They have nothing in stock. They take 10 days to even get your order shipped out from the factory. Then it usually takes another 25 days at least to get to you. So if you are close you to China you can get your items maybe in a month. Then they give fake tracking number. If you do have a problem they tell you they will refund if you send item back, but then do not. Prices may be good, but not worth the hassle and long wait time. Stick to dealextreme or priceangels."

"I purchased “4.7 inch GT-A9500 Android 4.2 Smartphone SP6820A 1GHz Dual SIM Dual Cameras Bluetooth WiFi (Royal Blue)”. The Everbuying website claims this phone to run Android 4.2 but it DOES NOT. This phone actually runs Android 2.3 and the phone manufacturer edited the setting page so it says Android 4.2, just to fool the customers. Furthermore, this phone is very, very slow. Within two weeks of usage, the backlight of the back button has died; therefore the back button does not work anymore. I’m very upset with this phone. Do not buy any phone from this company; at least I'm not going to any more. I also contacted this company’s tech support for another phone i had purchased and had problems with and the tech support is misleading and unknowledgeable. Stay away from this company."
