"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"Didn’t realize that the dog logo was actually printed on the place mats. Thought it was just on the wrapping cover."
"The selection of products is great, followed by excellent service. I order items, they are packaged just right, and delivery is super efficient. "
"Ordered on Sunday PM, received on Wednesday!!!"
"Website was detailed for products I was searching for. Pictures were actual and very useful. Product arrived very secured and wrapped in carton and in perfect condition."

"Shopping here is pretty easy and you have a wonderful selection of goods.
The website is great for the novice online shopper.
My packages always come fast and are packaged beautifully.
I accidentally ordered an extra meadow bowl but who can't use another beautiful green bowl."
"I was in the position of needing to replace multiple items in my kitchen, and it was great fun picking things out from Everything Kitchens. Great selection of unique, high quality items. Pretty much everything I needed was at this one site. My only critique was I felt bad about how much plastic (e.g., air pockets) was included in the shipped packages. It was a lot. "
"Perfect size, easy to order, fast shipping and good price! Good for many uses. I like it for my chili cheese nachos. "
"Service was great. Item arrived on time and packed well."
"As always, the prices are excellent and the products top quality! Received my order quickly and love my items!"
"Ordered a cake tin never got it"
"I thought I found some great deals, but my order was cancelled with no explanation. "
"Absolutely love the quality of items received!
The broken items were refunded or replaced.
Customer service was great "
"I placed an order for $350+ only to receive an email that my order could not be processed and that I needed to call customer service for the purchase to go through. Despite the inconvenience, I made the call and was told there was an issue with my billing address. I have never, in 10+ years of using this payment, had this issue. I offered a potential clarification and the service agent said he would run the card again.
Next, I received a notification from my credit card that Everything Kitchens charged my account. I assumed everything was fine until I received another automated email that my order was still on hold. Of course, when I tried to call the number, Everything Kitchens was closed for the weekend. I opted to send an email instead. It wasn't until 7 p.m. Monday that I received a response.
At no time did the agent(s) apologize for the inconvenience or delay, or even offer suggestions about potential address issues that they have found to be common. They didn't offer to run a different card either. Everything Kitchens' solution? They wanted me to compose and sign a legal statement authorizing them to charge my credit card. I was also to provide a copy of my identification and a photo with my banking info. Absolutely not. I canceled the order immediately and purchased it elsewhere with no hassles.
This company also has the audacity to call their team "Customer Heroes." To put it simply, there's nothing courageous or admirable about forcing your customers to call you to clarify information, making them feel like they have entered their information incorrectly (when they didn't), and ultimately delaying an order well beyond the shipment date. Good customer service agents appreciate the customer, offer an apology, and try to solve the issue with kindness, empathy, and efficiency. Also, none of this is heroic, it's just part of the job.
Perhaps mine is a rare issue. That's not the impression I have. If you're looking for a hassle-free order experience that doesn't require calling customer service or companies who ask for your ID and banking info along with your credit card, or if you don't appreciate companies that use exaggerated, incorrect terms to market themselves and their services, you may consider making your purchases elsewhere.
