"Zero customer service. I ordered an in-wall USB charger/outlet which does not fit any known US wall junction box. I even went to the hardware store to check. It is too big. I tried calling and the phone rang for like ten minutes and then I got a message saying nobody was answering (duh) and to call back. An email got no reply. At $22 and figuring the cost of return shipping would be about half that, I tossed the thing in the trash with the grass clippings and never got to find out if it worked or not. Maybe it is intended for some Euro housing, but it's useless in the US. I never got to customer service and I will not patronize this merchant again. "
