"Great service overall but I had requested that no signature be required for an overnight delivery. I was told that it normally isn't but they'd put a note for the warehouse to make sure it wasn't... a few hours later I get my shipping confirmation saying that a signature was required!!

I called and was told they'd see what could be done but did not hear back and it was not changed... fortunately I had a neighbor who happened to be home that day sign for it.

Otherwise this is my second order and I'm sure I'll be back again - but these things are obviously important to customer service (which I value over price!)"

"When I was looking for the Motorola Xoom Speaker HD Dock, I had no idea what I was purchasing. All I knew was that I could play music on it. Well, when I purchased it from Expansys-USA, I saw the price and thought that it was just a regular sounding speaker. I was totally beside myself when I received it and hooked it up to the xoom and turned it on. I could not believe the sound that came out of it. And I paid a fraction of what it is going for at all other stores. I am not writing this because I get anything out of it, I am writing from total experience. I am a 54 year old grandma who listens to music once in awhile. But now I can give my big stereo to my grandkids, and I will just use my xoom on the speaker dock and get the rich deep sound of HD music. It is totally unbelievable until you hear it for yourself. I am more happy with this purchase than I ever could be for any other stereo system, and the price was unbelievable.
