"I ordered a smart phone on 9/25 , it was in stock @ that point of time but suddenly after a day or 2 that went out of stock , i also ordered SD card along with the phone , when i called i was told that it would take 10 days bcos the phone went out of stock as i ordered the SD also along with that and it was out of stock so people who placed a phone alone after me got theirs and iam still waiting as of writing this comment , i call them up everytime but no one replies ..they all say thats the way their system works

I have been in the retail business > 20yrs , here is how it works if a person orders phone and SD card together a piece of which in order is reserved for that customer, unlike expansys is doing i.e i order phone+sd but my next person order phone alone the phone in stock but my sd is not , so that next in line gets the phone."
